The location of the house was great! The beach was right across the street. The rental included beach chairs. It was close to restaurants. Very nicely decorated. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I would recommend this house!!

This is such a cute spot. It was very clean and so close to the beach (just across the street). They even have chairs and umbrellas that you can take to the beach with you.

Most of the items listed in the listing were accurate. Only negatives were the traffic noise & the thin walls. I could hear the kids next door screaming and crying every night when I laid down.

We enjoyed our stay here. There were 2 adults and 2 teen girls. It’s a little small but we were ok since we were just there for 4 days. We never could figure out the tv remote in the living room but did let management know when we checked out. It wasn’t a big deal because we were busy anyway. Bathrooms are a little small and need some trim replaced around the shower. Overall we liked this location. It’s close to the trolley stop and walking distance to a Circle K in case you need anything. Crossing the road to get to the beach wasn’t an issue. We only used the pool once on our first day at night. There aren’t any pool lights so it was difficult to see. We are mainly beach people so it wasn’t a big deal. Traffic wasn’t horrible and cars would stop to let us cross. There were some chairs and other items on the property for us to use which was a big help since we arrived by plane. Beach towels were provided also. We enjoyed our stay here and will most likely return to this same location.

This property is amazing, great location and views. On site pool is nice and private, 2 bedrooms abd 2 bathrooms. Was perfect for my family. The place was clean and updated and the ac worked great which was good because of the flordia heat.

View and location were excellent! Condo seemed spacious for only being a 2 bed 2 bath. I did notice you can’t charge electric gold carts here so, heads up in case you were going to rent one for a few days. Kids loved having the pool to come back to. Would stay again!

Perfect location for Anna Marie beach vacation. Beautifully decorated condo with comfy beds, extra towels, cookware, coffee pot, flat screen TVs, etc. The heated pool was perfect for the end of the day. We loved sitting on the balcony to look at the ocean.

The walk to the beach is super easy. Overall location made it easy to get from one end of the island to the other. Space was clean and comfortable. King size beds were great.

This property is located across the street from the beach, which is fantastic. The shared pool was heated and my kids loved it. The actual condo is a tight squeeze, with limited seating for eating meals, but we made it work. The only problems we ran into involved a tub that wouldn't drain and the master bed which was poorly assembled and had a broken foot and an uncomfortable mattress that sunk down in the middle causing us to roll into a pit during the night. We tried to communicate with the property manager about the tub and broken bed, but received no response.

We have filed a complaint- and did this previously.
1. Blinds were broken upon arrival- new ones were brought - after five days we installed. One on the left has a defect.
2. We were told by VRBO we were over charged 601.00 and were re- embursed the amount.
3. The pool was not heated for 11 days. Our daughter and granddaughter had to leave and did not get a chance to swim.
4. Took a day away for installing new router.
5. The windows in back bedroom need to be clean, they are green.
We did like the beds for comfort.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. There was a lot to do in this particular area.
This adorable place is right across the street from the beach. Our kids (ages 6-20) really enjoyed staying here.

My daughter and I stayed here for a week in early November. We both loved it! We usually stay on Sanibel, but due to Ian our plans changed. I’m sure it was quieter than normal since we here in the off-season. Beach access is just across the street. Since there are only 4 units, all parking spots are close to the units. This was by far the CLEANEST place we have ever stayed! A+

This well decorated and stocked condo had everything we needed! Their attention to detail was actually surprising and it was incredibly clean! Right across the street from a private beach access so it was not crowded at all, the pool is a great size since it’s shared, Vacasa was very responsive and sent maintenance when we had a window leak in the living room due to a bad storm. Best part is I could fit a pack and play in one of the bathrooms so my daughter could have her own sleep space from the rest of us!

For us, it’s all about the beach and this unit is perfect for that! It was also the perfect size for the 2 of us! Nicely decorated and very clean when we arrived. We were even able to get in before check in and we were able to purchase late checkout. Highly recommend this gem!

So easy to get to the beach. Very clean and comfortable beds. Enjoyed our family get together - a little tight for 5 people, but doable.
Would recommend TV info and the fact that there was beach chairs, etc on side storage room which we did not realize till later ❤️🌅

Excellent condition of the rental property. Walking distance to Brandeton Beach and the Harbor. Being able to have a coffee outside of our place enhanced our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean. The beach access is perfect!! The only complaint I have is that the communication with the owner/property management company was horrible. I asked several questions and never got responses. We didn’t receive any check in information until after 2:00 and I didn’t get checkout information until an email at 8:00 am on check out day and check out was at 10 am. I asked several times, called, emailed, texted and never got a response. Overall, the property was good and I would stay there again if communication was improved.

We loved the pool and the location. The condo is decorated nicely and was perfect size. However we did not receive door code before arriving. I called 2 hours before arrival and was told the door code. Upon arrival door code did not work. Contacted Vacasa finally let us know the code they gave was to the lock box which held the actual keys. Id say that took 20 to 30 minutes after arrival to get in. We also had a woman i assume from vacassa outside our room when we came back from the beach one day. The woman said she was doing walk throughs. We were not scheduled to leave until sometime the next day. Ive never had someone do a walk through when my belongings were still in a unit. We also didnt have power one day and had to call to get that fixed.
