Great experience from the start , easy booking and the hosts were prompt and very helpful. The house was perfect , very nice and plenty of room. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything u need. Couldn’t have had a better place to stay !!!

The house was great and we had an amazing stay! So much room and newly remodeled. The only downside is if you have a boat, you’ll need to make plans to reserve a boat slip elsewhere. The host was great and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again in the future!

The house was so nice and newly remodeled. I told my husband I feel like we are staying at a friends house. They have so many little extras that make you feel at home. Spare razor, Qtips, first aid kit, beach towels, and much more in bathroom. Kitchen was awesome and had spices, blender, margarita machine, and even cute fun themed serving dishes. Frig had basic items like pickles and mustard, butter, even had some eggs etc. The kids “tv” room is really another bedroom for a toddler with a playpen and tepee. It really had everything. We cooked full meals all week except when we went for pie at Bluebonnet cafe! We spread out in the house and could not have asked for anything else. We loved it.

This is a terrific home, very clean with excellent accommodations for our family and friends. Nice kitchen that allowed us to prepare some terrific meals and a comfortable patio for our group of 10. My grandsons and their friends did a lot of successful fishing and my granddaughter enjoyed the island/sandbar area on LBJ. The host is very personable and made our stay extremely enjoyable.

A beautiful, welcoming home perfect for a family vacation the back patio overlooking the water was so peaceful. We plan to stay here again next summer for our family reunion.

My family and I stayed here from CT and CA for my brother’s wedding. What an incredible place to stay! The location is perfect, the house layout is great. Very clean and full of everything that you need. Grace is wonderful, and is very accommodating. We all will return in the future. The best rental we’ve ever stayed at!

I have to say this is one of my families favorite vacations. We loved how clean the home was and everything included. Just sitting out on the deck and relaxing was just what my hubs and I needed. Tons of fishing and kids didn’t complain once of being bored. Very close to restaurants and grocery store. We didn’t want to leave.

It was a nice place that fit us well. A playroom for the kids, a large living room, a very well equipped kitchen and more. We used the bbq pit for steaks, flat griddle for pancakes, and fishing right out the back door. The covered patio is very nice. Houses around us but no one was home (must be rentals) it was very quiet. Great place to stay and communication with the owner was excellent!!!

A great layout perfect for families. A very well appointed and large kitchen. Nice patio but we were there in December so didn't spend a lot of time outside.

My reservation was the weekend of 10/07/2022. The trip was built around several old high school buddies getting together, as we do every couple of years. We are now in our late 40's/early 50's and a couple of the guys have become mini princesses in what they want from a property. Neither of them will compliment easily but neither of them complained, which was a clear victory that this home was a winner. That probably has a lot to do with it being well kept and everything appearing updated. Communication with the owner was easy and it just looks like a place that the owner also uses when not rented, as opposed to merely being a rental. The common area was very spacious. The kitchen was also spacious and had everything we needed. The rooms were set up nicely. There were no kids on our get together, but the tepee room looked inviting enough that I considered sleeping in it. The owner was very accommodating in the jet ski ramp. All in all, I would easily recommend this property. The rooms are set up in a manner that is good for families or friend get togethers. I have done VRBO reservations many times over the past few years. This is probably the best property I have rented when you factor in description, location, amenities, condition, etc. It is described very well. If we have another get together at the same lake, I hope we were good enough tenants that we can rent from Grace again.

We did not want to pack up and go home! This is the perfect house for families, fellowship and fun. We had a fish fry, made homemade ice cream and visited on the big back porch. We all gathered in the spacious living room and told stories of old. We even had our 90 year old aunt travel from OK to be with us. This place was P-E-R-F-E-C-T... Thank you GN host for sharing with us. We will be back..

This place has fun for my son (3) all the way to my parents (60) the home is clean and the home layout allowed for us to all gather together and play cards at night as well as enjoy the water during the day with the easy to use dock for our bass boat and jetski. The person who messaged us was very nice and made this trip one to remember. We will definitely be back!

This home was awesome, nice and super Clean with lots of room.. We went to celebrate a birthday and they made it extra special. Besides being on the lake, our best times was hanging out outside in the covered patio. Of course this home had a BBQ pit so we enjoyed some ribeye steaks.

Idk where to start with this house! It exceeded all of my expectations. It had a fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked spice drawer(it was a dream!) beds were very comfortable. The kids room was amazing and very comfortable. Very spacious house. Loved where it was located. The boat launch was roughly over a mile, but literally half a mile on the water from the house. It was so nice to walk out the house in the morning and straight to the boat. Only downside to the house is you can’t use the boat lift but we tied up to the side. My family and I will definitely come back. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

This is the most adorable, lovely home! Lots of big windows, very open and spacious layout, well kept, and a stocked kitchen with everything you need. Perfect for 2 families and lots of kids with 2 rooms (queen and king bed) each with their own full baths. Then 2 more rooms with full sized bunk beds. Very comfy beds and linens. The covered deck is perfect for meals outside and just hanging out. We saw lots of beautiful wildlife including a herd of deer just across the street. We were able to fish and drop in with my stand up paddle board easily at the property’s dock. Grace, the hostess, was extremely responsive; we truly felt welcome and relaxed, and free to reach out if we needed anything or had questions.

We got super lucky on this booking. The location, the value and the overall process was above par. We appreciate having such a responsive host and will definitely look forward to staying here again.

Easy check in and out to an excellent house. Large clean updated house with plenty of room for our group. Perfect yard and neighborhood for walking our dog. Loved the back patio. Great location to restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

The house was fantastic. Every aspect of the house was approved by my wife. She has high standards and this house checked all the boxes. New appliances, cute furnishings, not at all cluttered.....just perfect. I would absolutely recommend this property. We will certainly be back.

Such a cute house with lots of space, the pictures truly do not do it justice. We were looking for a little quick weekend getaway and definitely found it with this place. The town was small with plenty of local charm but yet not more than 20-30 minutes from plenty of towns and outdoor attractions. We will definitely be back in the future!
