Kitchen poorly stocked with essentials to prepare meal. Very basic. Something as simple as using toaster set off smoke alarm which occurred many times. Located south of Moab so away from congestion but not close to park. Can see and hear highway from unit.

Very clean. Good area.

Very comfortable, clean, and cozy tiny house with plenty of room for our family of 3! We could have easily slept 4-6 people in our tiny house. Check in/out was a breeze, bedding was soft and comfortable. Unit had a full size sofa plus a love seat so plenty of hang out space! The only slight downside is that the unit is located right next to the main Hwy 191, so traffic noise could be heard from inside the unit, but we were not overly bothered by it. Great place! We would definitely stay here again!

Cute, clean property. Convenient to all our adventures in Moab area.

The property is just 10 min outside of time and the views from are spectacular. Especial the sunsets from the loft window. There was enough room for our family of 5. The site is very quiet, we used the laundry facility which worked great. The only issue was the low ceiling in the shower.

We (two 66 year-olds) stayed in this tiny house for 4 days in October and loved it.
I am obese and worried about a tiny house (much as I wanted to stay in one). No problem here. This house is like a big hotel room, with a kitchen-living area, a well appointed bathroom, and a small bedroom with a queen size bed. Because the ceilings are high in the living areas, and because there are plenty of windows, we didn't feel cramped. The living room furniture is made for adults--very roomy. There is also a 4-seat table. The kitchen is well appointed with a 4-burner stove, a full-size refrigerator, a toaster, a microwave, some counter space, and a good supply of dishes, utensils, and pots/pans. The bathroom is small, but the sink, shower, and toilet are adult size and it has a lot of storage space. The bedroom is the only room with low ceilings; it has a queen bed, two nightstands, a wall light on either side of the bed, and a pretty big closet. It is a squeeze to get in either side of the bed, but this is a tiny house...
There are a couple of small issues, but not big deals:
1. while the location, just outside of Moab, is perfect, the site is not attractive. Funstays is located in an area with a lot of metal, abandoned cars, and RV parks. We had the hills on either side of us, but we also had RV parks, a noisy highway, and other tiny houses/RVs right next to us. That said, our site was just as attractive as motels outside of town and certainly less trafficked than those in town. The area felt safe. Just be prepared that you will not be in a park-like setting.
2. The air conditioning was noisy. My husband could not sleep with the bedroom AC on, so we slept in a stuffy room. We needed air even in October because the place was stuffy.
3. The bedroom looks onto a noisy highway and the traffic (and truck lights) are a 24-hour thing. So, no AC and windows closed at night.
4. The loft is difficult for overweight 66-yr olds: the stairs are steep, no handrails, you have to crouch on a mattress on the floor, and, of course, the bathroom is down the steep stairs. We didn't need it and most people understand that lofts are for the fit, so no big deal.
We would stay again for the location (not the site itself), the appointments, the comfort, and the helpful staff. It is a cool, unique place. One can see how carefully it was put together.

Exceeded all of our expectations!!! The property was anything but tiny. Directly off the main highway; so close to everything yet felt like we had our own space to sit outside, grill and relax. An ideal home base for all our Moab adventures. The house was incredibly clean and well supplied!!! There was even laundry on site and the grounds were beautiful. The property managers were attentive when you needed them otherwise you never saw them. An absolutely perfect place to stay in Moab! Thank you we hope to be back someday.

Awesome stay
Perfect modern tiny home! We loved our stay and had everything we possibly could have needed for a comfortable stay. The smart tv with access to Netflix and Amazon prime was a hit with the kids in the evening!

Great weekend getaway!
Our family had a great experience at Funstays. The check-in process was as simple as a check-in process could be. The tiny house was clean and ready to go. The tiny house is fully furnished with cooking supplies and a grill that is cleaned and ready to use. We couldn't have been more comfortable after long drives and hikes. We will be back!

Perfect Stay!
We enjoyed our stay at FunStays Tiny House! It was so comfortable and a perfect space for vacation. So much better than a hotel!

What a funstay...
This tiny house was the perfect size for our family. The kids loved the loft rooms. We had plenty of room to move around. My only suggestion would be for owner to put in an on demand water heater.

Great tiny house near Arches NP
This was a wonderful tiny house near Arches NP. It was comfortable and when we called because the Propane tank was out, his response was almost immediate! Thank you for being so quick to communicate with us and for the new BBQ utensils to use. The only bummer were the very soft mattresses in the loft and the super sensitive smoke detectors. But other than that we enjoyed our stay!

We slept great, got cozy in the couch with the cool air running and soft blanket and down filled decor pillows . The water pressure is low but if you are use to water pressure from a camper when washing dishes you wont mind. Shower pressure was better. We cooked a lot and the fire alarm kept going off, so if you are not going to be using the stove you will be fine. For us it was nice after a week solid of eating out to have a kitchen to cook in, but breakfast at 7 a.m. with the alarm always going off made us worry we woke people next door. We finally came up.with a way to make it stop which helped. Still the plus sides of the cute home were way more then the down sides. The laundry was free to use and we loved that and the kids totally loved the loft with separate rooms. Great location to moab and only 10 mins or a little longer from state hyw 128 and arches. Canyonland land and dead horse state park was about 50.mins but the drive was scenic. Faux falls is kind of neat and would be nice to cool off in summer. It is a short drive to the southeast on some dirt roads. Have fun. We did.

Great little house, clean space
A much needed rest on a very long road trip. Well appointed space. Remember to bring your own coffee.

The tiny house worked very well for our family. Plenty of linens, dishes etc. could have used more baking pans. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. However the beds in the loft were quite uncomfortable 🥵.
It was a great place to have as home base and go out to see the sights. It was a nice place to stay.

We loved everything about the inside of this house. The small RV Park is in a growth mode so it felt a little not put together. It’s a bit of a drive from town but that was not a problem for us.

We loved staying in the tiny house at Red Rock RV Park! It was a five star “glamping expeience”!

My daughter and I loved our stay. Thw house is very nicely finished with comfy couches and pictures of the sites you can see in Moab. If you arrive in the dark, have your GPS on! Even after finding it first in the daytime, we still could barely find it at night. So worth it though! Peaceful surroundings and an adorable home.
