Super one bedroom with the best view of Cruz Bay. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the daily routine of the various boat activity and ferries. Close to all the best restaurants on the island. We walked every night. Great host who gave us essential info on check in/out and provided good tips on rental Jeep and cruises. Enjoy your stay, we will be back!

I had an excellent stay! The room itself is gorgeous, new appliances, full washer dryer, the whole bit. 2 of my friends stayed on the resort and they were commenting on how spacious and nice the room was! It even has a large balcony with a breathtaking view! The host was nice and even had a gift basket made with some local made munchies which were incredible! A couple things: 1. The elevator for building 2 is *still* broken. The front desk advised they had people working on it, but none of us saw any workers during our entire week stay. I had read the previous review that it was broken, but I thought it might be fixed by now. The front desk was also unable to give a timeline for it being fixed. This means you're either going up 2 flights of stairs and down a hill or going down 2 flights any time you leave the room. 2. The showerheads (very nice that it's a double!) both had black gunk all over them, as well as down the hose connecting them. I have a mold allergy and when I first got in and showered, I had an allergic reaction in the shower. Once I put my glasses back on and realized, I was able to medicate and clean most of it off. Both of my friends also had the black gunk on their showerheads, so I thought it might be a resort cleaning issue, but the host advised me he has a private cleaning crew. Once I cleaned it up the best I could, I didn't really have any reactions other than itchiness. The location is also incredible! Steps away from everything downtown!

Excellent location, clean condo that had everything you need. 5 STARS for sure. One thing that should be mentioned is the parking spot. No fault of anyone, just a really bad design. The parking spot barely fits a 2 door jeep. I read about this prior to our stay and honestly thought "what a dumb thing to complain about" but, it's a real concern because there is a good possibility that you may damage your rental. Fingers crossed the parking spots in front, to the left and right of the assigned spot are empty when you try and park the car, if there are other cars parked GOOD LUCK! Would be nice if GB offered another parking spot whenever possible.

We choose this location for our visits as it is within walking distance to everything. This stay, however, the elevator was out which was not mentioned. Persons with motility issues should see if it’s been repaired. Getting luggage up and down over 50 steps was not easy. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable. We would stay again.

Awesome condo. Nice to come and have treats from the hosts. Steps away from great restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed it.

My husband and I just returned from St John. This 1 BR Grande Bay Condo is nicely decorated and it is very clean and well taken care of. Nice appliances, cookware and dishes are provided. This unit is located on the second floor in the front building, so it's a prime front row seat overlooking dreamy Cruz Bay. The pool and hot tub area is compact, but very nice. The location of the Grande Bay complex great. You can easily walk to shops and restaurants from the condo. Be prepared, the unit is assigned a ridiculously small parking spot in the upper garage that is almost impossible to park a Jeep in. For anyone with mobility issues there are 6-7 steps to navigate between the parking spot and the elevator. That being said, I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay at Grande Bay.

My husband and I recently stayed.at Estate Enighed at Grande Bay. The condo was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We really enjoyed the deck with the wonderful view. The location was great. It was an easy walk to shops and restaurants.
