Roomy and spacious! Clean and cozy, felt right at home. There were 8 adults and two small children, we were in town for a wedding. There was a small park just a short walk away, which was perfect for a 3 year old. The best part were the two beautiful dear we saw walking through the woods from the kitchen window.

Truly a great cabin for the our group of Friends. Clean, great neighborhood. It really is a Grand Cabin in the Trees! Super Host! Highly recommend for large family or friends!

Home was super nice. My kids loved it! Lots of space. Nicely stocked. We rented it for a few days to go snowboarding and it was awesome. So close to Snowbowl! Would definitely stay there again.

You can stop your search and just book this property! Everybody in our group agreed that the property checked every box to be comfortable and we walked away with a fantastic memories.

There were 9 of us. We were not crowded..very spacious! Private. Very convenient to Snowbowl! Loved the Christmas tree!!

The house is a short drive to Flagstaff, Sedona, or the Grand Canyon. The house is clean, was in a quiet neighborhood and was well stocked for everyone!

This property was perfect for my family, my in laws and sister in law. Each family got a floor to themselves with their own bathroom. Our family (which included a toddle, infant and dog) took the lower level. This was perfect as my toddler took the room with the hunk bed, which was adjacent to the room where my husband and I stayed. On the lower level there is a door to the back that is fenced, which is perfect for letting your pup out in the middle of the night. We appreciated the owners’ Christmas decorations. It was the first time my extended family did this, and we created long lasting memories we won’t forget. Beautiful and tasteful property.

The property was so cute an very clean. We had a wonderful time.

Overall, we enjoyed this property. There is much to recommend this property: notably the location. It is very centrally located to visit all of the sites. I offer the following only to be of help. I get the sense that the owners are new to renting this property and therefore are to be given some leeway. There are many nice features: labels on cabinets, and numerous very nice decorative touches. They seem to care. But, perhaps because they’ve are still in the process of getting things set up, there are a few irritating lapses. There were no end tables in the bedrooms or obviously lamps (the exception was a very small end table in the non-master bedroom — only on one side—and the lamp was a gooseneck lamp like in a college dorm. There were also no dressers in the bedrooms—meant partly living out of suitcases. There were also several electrical sockets that did not work (e.g. in the master bath) and various lightbulbs were burnt out throughout. When we asked about this, our understanding was that someone was going to be sent over, but no one ever came in the two weeks we were there. I really don’t intend to be negative; I just offer this as constructive feedback. I think the owners intend well and I would give them some time to complete all of their work.

On arrival we had issues with the front lock I was able to I contact with the property manager with no issues , we used the garage to go and come as we pleased, the inside was beautiful as well as the outside , it snowed the night before so that made our little family getaway that much more memorable.. beds were comfortable, showers had the perfect temperature at all times even when multiple showers were going , so much Accommodation’s to make your stay so much fun!! Can go on and on!!!

We had 8 adults and an infant for a long ski weekend. The house has been nicely remodeled and is as pictured. Clean, great location, easy check-in and out. Jason was very responsive.

With the exception of the amount of stairs being an issue for everyone except the 9 year old...lol... each of us have issues that were exacerbated by the amount of stairs. Jason was extremely courteous. I only wish we had been allowed a bit of a later checkout. Allowing our pets was a huge plus! Even the weather cooperated! Thank you again!

We loved staying at this house. It was gorgeous and huge! It had some nice finishes and felt clean. We would have loved to be able to have a usable jacuzzi. Great location, close to downtown. We would stay at the property again.
