Location was convenient, not right at the city but close for a good for a long walk. The kitchen space and outdoor fireplace were great. Loft is more of a small bed in the hallway, but it was fine for someone who doesn’t need a room. I don’t think they should advertise that there is a pool, it is more of a water feature. Size of a Jacuzzi and water was extremely cold about 40° with no ability to heat. Maybe more of a cold plunge on a hot day? Otherwise everything was fine.

They did a great job staging the property for the pictures in the online ads, most furnishing were different when we arrived, the furnishing were very uncomfortable along with few issues with the property itself. We decided that calling and complaining about these items would of just been a distraction to our vacation and just dealt with them. A couple of the guests were truly disappointed 2 out of 6. Overall we had a great time and the location worked well for us.

This is a very misleading listing. The photos are not reflective of the actual property. The lock on the front door was broken when we arrived. We immediately had to contact Vacasa as we could not even access the property with the code. You have no access to the garage. After trying several more times on the phone, they told us where a lockbox was and we gained access with a key. We spent the first night freezing as the controls to the heat/ac are locked at no warmer than 68 degrees. There are no extra blankets in the house, we used towels to keep warm. We called the next day and after some back and forth the owner adjusted the thermostat that we could have access to up to 72 degrees. We also realized that there was only one television in the entire 4 bedroom property in the living room. Even though there is a large tv pictured in the master bedroom of the listing. The manager stated that since it was missing they would refund us $60 of the $1500+ we paid. We stated that we wanted a different property as this one was not what was shown in the listing and we would have never rented a property with one tv. They said they wouldn't do that or release us from the rental. They offered to bring a tv and dresser to set up in one of the bedrooms. We agreed. They showed up hours later with a 23" tv and no dresser. They thought there was one there, but quickly realized none of the bedrooms had dressers or tall furniture. They offered to put the tiny tv on a 1.5' tall bench that was parallel to the master bed. We could not even see it from a laying down position. It was ridiculous. She offered to bring a tv stand the next day. When we followed up the next day, she rescinded the offer of the tv stand and stated all they had was the bench. We had 5 children ages 11-17 and it completely ruined our time at the property. Some kids want to watch movies that weren't appropriate for the younger kids, they couldn't play the Xbox they brought to play with their cousins and we froze. Would not recommend and we filed a complaint with the BBB for false advertising. The manager stated we shouldn't have assumed there was a tv because it isn't written in the description despite the fact that there is a picture of one in the listing. So, know that the pictures are not accurate depictions of the property.

Our family of 5 stayed here for a few days over Spring Break. PROS - The location was perfect and the house was very clean. Checking in and out was a breeze. CONS - The management company was not great to communicate with once we checked in. When we arrived we noticed that the pool (listed in description and pictured) was not in working order(barely any water, green, dirty- no way we could have used it). I called to let them know because I wanted to make sure it was noted that it was that way before we arrived. After sitting on hold for a long time I finally got through. They didn't really have anything to say except that they would make a note of it. We later discovered that the oven didn't work (they told us on the phone that an oven wasn't listed on the kitchen amenities) and that the water dispenser didn't work either. I followed up with an email (as suggested in the Vacasa app) and never received a response. I finally emailed again after we got home from our trip to follow up about our stay before I left a review. About A WEEK later I finally got a response that just said someone would look into it and I haven't heard back since. All in all - cute house but I can say that I don't think I will stay at a Vacasa property ever again.

The property is as pictured. It was a quick uber to downtown. It had pretty much everything needed for a comfortable stay except no hand soap in the bathrooms. I was disappointed that all the TurnKey paperwork said that we could inquire the day before about an early check in or late check out only to find out this particular property owner does not allow for any early check ins or late check outs so we had to find other luggage storage options as our flights arrived early in the day. We had groceries delivered and they were arriving a little early and I called TurnKey to see if we could at least put the groceries inside and was told the keypad wouldn't work until 4pm and the property owner would not allow an early entry at all. The cleaning crew was at the door at 9:54 am to make sure we were out at exactly the 10:00 am check out - which we were but be prepared for that too. I know it's not TurnKey's fault - I think it's the actual property owner that places such strict restrictions on the property. There are also noise sensors inside the house and you'll get a text if being too loud. We only got one text during our stay but it wasn't even after the 10 pm quiet hours. Overall, the property met our needs fine I just wish I would have had a little more information about all the "rules" of this particularly property before signing the contract.

We had a nice time during our stay a the property- the plunge pool hit the spot for a hot weekend. The directions were clear on check on and check out - the cleaning crew arrived just as we left right at check out time so keep that in mind. One note for the property managers is that the stairs outside can get very slippery when wet. Might be useful to place some rubber mats or something around there. I am receiving a gift card by writing this review.

This property was amazing. It had a comfortable place for everyone to sleep. The house was very clean and made everyone feel comfortable. The management company did complain about noise before quiet hours which seemed unreasonable.

We went for a girls trip/bachelorette party (8 total), and this house was perfect! So close to Rainey St and the river boardwalk, and reasonable Uber/Lyft rides to everywhere else! We had a couple hiccups with the front door lock, but the TurnKey staff respond immediately and walk you through everything step by step. Definitely would stay at this property again!

This was an updated property and a convenient location to most places. With that being said I would not rent here again due to the following reasons: - There were A/C issues, it was too hot at night and therefore all of us were not able to sleep properly. You do not have direct access to the A/C controls. I had to text a representative from TurnKey and then they said they would get back to me with an update in about 3 hours. On the 2nd day it seemed the owner changed the program a bit but still we had to wait about 2 hours before the temperature adjusted. This made for an uncomfortable stay. - There was Detergent (possibly Tide) in hand soap dispensers. This is unacceptable. - They pushed back our check in time by one hour however did not give us an extra hour for check out. This even after several attempts to message the owner and ask TurnKey representative. (My 1st and last time renting a TurnKey property. I didn't like not being able to reach the owner; its such an impersonal service.) - Upon arrival there was hair on bathroom floors when we checked in. - Lastly during our stay one day there was a man that came into the back yard to work on the pool or such. This was without ANY notification, he didn't ring the bell nor did the owner or TurnKey notify us. We were all there and we see him walk through a side door with his pool supplies go to the pool, he is there for some time and then leaves. This is absolutely unacceptable and a invasion of our privacy and stay.

We came for the weekend with a group of friends to celebrate & it was the perfect place to stay! It was big enough for our party to sleep (10) and close enough that an Uber wasn’t expensive but also not so close where we couldn’t relax at the place. The place was clean & easy communication with the owner.

A group of 8 of us stayed here for a much needed girls trip and loved the home! It was exactly as pictured and very clean. I wish we could have checked in a little earlier, but it wasn't a big deal. Would return here next time we're in Austin! Thanks for having us!

We had all Women and other than correcting air control the first night, our stay was perfect. Loved the location, loved the house and all they include for conveniences. I would recommend this property in high regard.

Driveway gates won't operate without power. We had a car stuck inside for 3 days when power went out. Need key to manually operate gates. Bathmats and living room rug ragged. Need more silverware. Central vac system is not accessible to renters. A small vacuum or dustbuster would be helpful to keep clean during a stay. Overall a nice property that need a bit more attention to detail to make it the best it can be.

It was their first time in Austin, so it was super important to me that our stay and overall experience was top-notch. That’s exactly what our stay was. The house was beautiful, communication before and throughout the stay was thorough and responsive, and the house was up to par. I also appreciate how responsive and understanding the host was in resolving issues. We experienced an issue with the neighboring home (as the living room wall is shared) and there was a complaint that the was too loud (which it was not and not during quiet hours). The host called immediately to help resolve and agreed we were not in violation :)

The house was very nice, the master bed was very comfortable. However, we had issues with the TV and the pool didn't work properly with the instructions.
