As I was travelling for business there was no internet available throughout my stay which caused considerable issues.

The location is very convenient; the room was clean, the airconditioner worked well, and the beautifully renovated bathroom was imaculate.

Water pressure in the shower was very poor, and there was no hot water all week.

Sound proof room, the surrounding environment was pleasing,good hide away, a quiet and peaceful environment for a great stress relief weekend after a long working week.

Your wifi connection is very poor tried to connect but couldn't, and make sure to have resupply of alcohol beverages during long weekends before liquor shop closes.

Room 19 was good. I especially enjoyed using the kitchen to cook my own food. Gerard, Max, and Elizabeth were kind and very helpful. The room was a good size. Thanks for everything. I wish those 3 staff mentioned a blessed festive season and Gods blessings in 2022.

1) DISTURBANCE: first night was very, very disturbing because there were drunks in room 18 making so much noise. What were the security guards and other staff doing when the noise was going on...? There should be a policy about (a) no drunks being allowed to stay overnight; (b) Huon Gulf must not serve more then a 6 pack to drunks or people under the influence of alcohol, (c) Security personnel MUST be engaged here, instead of all of them just standing at the front gate telling guests to wear their masks. They must evict rowdy guests who disturb everyone during the time of rest. (d) There should be no noise from any guest, at anytime, whatsoever..!! 2) POOL: I have stayed at many hotels that allow guests to use the pool up until 7pm. I was very disappointed when my kids were not allowed to swim on our first afternoon there (at 6pm). Please allow guests to use the pool at any time between 7am - 7pm. Cleaning can be done at 7pm onward. 3) TV: I had to call reception twice to get channels on the TV after it went out. If there were directions on how to operate the TV, would be good. This way guests don't have to disturb reception everytime the TV channels go off.

Rain was a reall problem, its nature. Otherwise I like the location well secured and very safe.

Did not have breakfast, but other foodstuffs on the menu was good with man sized meals very satisfied, had a couple of maintenance problems but they were rectified immediately very friendly and helpful staff.

Left without towels for a little while

There's no spare GPO in my room to plug my phone charger. I need to unplug the TV so I can charge my phone

Payed for two guest. Was told i can only get complimentary breakfast for 1. Had to complain to get extra complimentary breakfast. Staff at reception need to improve on Customer Service.
