Our family had a wonderful stay here - it was clean and convenient but even more then that, it was a fantastic space to be in. The dramatic staircase, beautiful floors, spacious rooms and unique bathroom all contributed to an enjoyable experience. The location was great and we enjoyed walking to a music festival a few blocks away during our stay. Hope to return and explore Pittsburgh more!

This property had a great feel and look, the old is reimagined with a modern feel. Very well-appointed. Very walkable to Pittsburg destinations. I walked over at least 4 bridges. All the furniture was very comfortable. The big shower was fabulous. I appreciated the eco-friendly features of this property.

I was here for work but overall enjoyed our stay. Very unique and industrial inside. King bed was the best I’ve slept on in a long time! You have to register for parking but takes about 30s and no tickets. Parking was close to unit. It is a walkable area during the day. Unit has all essentials including coffee which was great! Downtown Pittsburgh is close and a really cool spot! Highly rated eateries are within walking distance too!

This property was beyond clean and cute. So wonderfully renovated with updated appliances. It was perfect for our stay in Pittsburgh and within walking distance of the downtown area. We highly recommend this property. Very stylish.

Had a great stay with our two tween boys for spring break. House is walkable to many sites—PNC Park, Randyland, Mattress Factory, Andy Warhol, National Aviary, Children’s Museum. Several great places to eat in the neighborhood—I highly recommend Legends for Italian. House was clean and just the right size for our family of four. Parking was never an issue for us.

The boathouse was a great place to stay for a visit to Pittsburgh! The beds are great. Space is welcoming. Easy parking available around the corner. Lots to do in walking distance and only a mile away from downtown.

Having two kids that attended college in Pittsburgh over the last 11 years, this is the most fun and relaxing place we’ve stayed in. Interesting and great use of space. Location was perfect for quick drives to all downtown and surrounding areas. Also good location for walking to nearby park, restaurants and local breweries.

We had a fabulous time in this wonderful VRBO! The VRBO is stunning - in design and decor. Everything was incredibly clean - a fresh smell greeted us when we checked in. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything one might need. I was curious because I had not seen pictures of the shower on the VRBO posting, but it is a huge, tiled walk-in shower, which was amazing. We were in town for a conference. I was able to make it to the downtown conference hotel easily - a 30 minute walk, or a ~10 minute ride-share. We also took quick ride-share rides (~10 mins) to Lawrenceville for dinner and drinks. Finally, the hosting and hospitality was the best we have experienced with rental properties. Between emails, the host's app, and the binder in the VRBO, we had all of the information we needed for an enjoyable stay. The host's response time is immediate! We definitely recommend this amazing VRBO to others!

We had a great time enjoying the city, walked to National Aviary. Within walking distance to PNC Park. Lots of local eateries. Chad was very accommodating, and responds quickly!!! Thank you for a great stay!

It was running 92degrees and the air conditioning was keeping us cool . Thanks We appreciated that they had coffee beans for us , and laundry soap for the washer and dryer. Thanks Slept like a rock in the beds Door locks , wi-fi, communication with owners all worked seamlessly

We came to Pittsburgh to satisfy my desire to visit as many MLB parks as possible. While here, we rode both inclines, visited the science center, did the river sightseeing cruise, enjoyed a fantastic ball game at wonderful PNC Park, as well as experience local eateries. We took an Uber to the cruise and science center then walked most all other places. The walking to the inclines were pretty hilly but we did it! Chad’s place is really neat. Such a cool place. Very clean, very comfy beds, great coffee set up, TV was easy to use, and communication arriving, leaving and everything in-between was outstanding. The dividers provided for bedrooms is not a problem - we didn’t even use them. I hope to visit Pittsburgh again sometime and would definitely stay at Chad’s place again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Away from the downtown busyness but close enough to everything you need. Comfortable and clean place to stay.
