This property worked out great for 3 couples. We enjoyed the pool and watching the fish in the lagoon. Sitting on the screened in porch was great. A lot of amenities in the condo. One thing to note is the condo is on 3 levels. Might be difficult for someone who struggles with stairs.

My family had a really relaxing, comfortable, and pleasant stay at this home. It was such a pleasure to have 4 balconies, 2 of which looked out onto the beautiful lagoon, and 3 bathrooms! We had lots of space to spread out but things still felt cozy and connected. The beds were comfortable and we basically had everything we needed for a short stay. The little beach at the lagoon was a 2 second walk away, as was one of the pools. We enjoyed riding our bikes a couple minutes to the ocean and were pleasantly surprised to realize that there was a staircase which allowed access to swimming. From the photos, I hadn't realized that was possible. Bring your own cooking oil, as there was none available but there are plenty of spices. A nice restaurant/bar is within walking distance and I saw a shark right off the dock next to me while I was drinking an excellent Painkiller. :) There are several other places to eat & drink within a short drive and many other spots nearby in Islamorada. This was in my top 3 best rental experiences and thanks to Monica for the easy & clear communication!

The property was great for our family. Having a main level bedroom and bath was appreciated by the grand parents while all of us younger people went all the way up. The kids loved the lagoon and we all enjoyed the heated pools. The property is in a great location to easily get to a number of outings and restaurants.

Beautiful decorated condo with comfortable beds, and very clean! Listen was 100% accurate and owners provided us with an extra bicycle upon request!

This was a great house, we are a family of 7 and it fit us comfortably. Our kids loved swimming in the lagoon and seeing all of the iguanas.

Great place to stay in Key Largo! We came down to do some scuba diving and this place was close by to both where we were diving and great restaurants. Check in was smooth, everything was clean, and communication was quick. The lagoon out back is awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great little condo. Updated, clean, quiet and the employees at the complex were very helpful. Some things to note for your stay. There are no dressers or shelves to put clothes on so your clothes have to stay in the suitcase the entire stay. We only got 5 laundry pods to use and we had to use 1-2 of them to wash the towels (in the check out instructions). With two families and kids and the ocean, 3 pods to use for an entire week is just not enough. So, plan accordingly. Thankfully, we brought a few of our own, just in case. Overall, a great little place for a family to stay in Key Largo.

Great location, grandkids had a blast! Views of the lagoon were perfect, spotted fish and lobsters in it. Kids fed the lobsters. Enjoyed swimming in the lagoon and heated pools. Dolphin center a couple blocks away. Plenty of restaurants nearby and well stocked kitchen for staying home. Grandkids cannot wait to come back

Lovely property but a bit small for 6 adults, esp seating in living area. Lack of storage in bedrooms and listing did not make it clear that there was only 1 bathroom upstairs between 2 bedrooms

Nice place, good location. Also good restaurants. They didn’t have recycling available at the property. Though when we asked the owner there has been one with trash dumpsters. A good sand beach you have to drive an hour to Marathon Key. Had fun on a Tiki boat ride.

Everything was perfect: site, condo, amenities, cleanliness, supplies, etc.

We were very happy with our stay. The place is very clean and organized. The check in process was very smooth and the owners responded quickly to any questions we had. The neighborhood was safe and everyone was friendly. We would stay here again.

This large 3 bedroom home was terrific. So nicely remodeled. Very nice furniture, big bedrooms, kitchen with everything, and plenty of bathrooms and fun balconies….The location was close to a lot of activities like snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, and restaurants with yummy food are plentiful in the area. Key West was the perfect day trip , only 2 hours south. The lagoon was perfect for cooling off and fun to iguana watch…Honestly the house was simply perfect for 5 adults on vacation.

Our group of four adults enjoyed our stay at this property. Lovely well-maintained condo with many amenities. It is a 3-story condo so be sure you are ok with bringing your luggage up the steps to the 3rd floor bedrooms! The property itself is quiet- I enjoyed sitting out on the deck by the lagoon. Close to restaurants and the main highway yet private. Great for families- lots of room to spread out!

We enjoy the unit and it has easy access to groceries, park and restaurants. We love the sunsets from the pier.

If you’re looking to stay in Key Largo would definitely recommend this place. This unit features many modern upgrades, super clean, includes all you would need for a relaxing stay and the host was responsive. Note that the condo layout with rooms on 3 floors is not ideal if you have younger kids or elderly.

We have a friend who drives in the NASCAR truck and xfinity. Stayed in Key Largo instead of Miami. This beautiful gated community was everything as described! Plenty of space, room has its privacy balcony, everything up to date , beds were comfy and easy to get to restaurants and bars. Easy communication with owners. I would definitely recommend this place!

We loved the property for our family vacations. The owners are kind and helpful. If we ever get back to the Keys, we would love to stay with you again.

The property was beautiful! Great location with access to kayaks and a beach with a lagoon. My toddler knocked a lamp over and it shattered with glass everywhere. I tried to contact the property manager with the numbers left, but no one has called me back. I finally found a little vacuum after searching the property. The property was beautiful though and had great amenities. We would hope to return one day.

Staying here was fantastic. The house is great, resort has everything you need for a house. Check in/out was a breeze. Great location and nice quiet environment

Accommodations were spot on and as described situated in a very quiet neighborhood. Condo was clean and fully stocked with all essentials needed for our 3 night stay. Monica (the host) was superb and very responsive. Highly recommended! Location was convenient to local bars, restaurants, and attractions.

This property was a perfect fit for our family! My husband and I were there to SCUBA dive and our family wanted a relaxing vacation by the pool and lagoon. It is close to Rainbow Reef dive operators, hose to rinse gear and many safe areas to dry our diving gear at the end of the day. We could drive or ride bikes to the condo between morning and afternoon dives. Our son and family occupied the 2nd and 3rd floors while my husband and I appreciated the peace and quiet of the 1st floor bedroom, living room and bath. The owners thoughtfully equipped the condo, from the kitchen, beach towels and bikes, they had everything that we needed. We will book this condo again! It is perfect for family or a friends vacation!

The property has everything you would need to stay put! Lots of activities for kids, very relaxing and the property manager was a gem in getting back to me always promptly!

We spent our first four nights in this beautiful, spacious, 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse. This gave us plenty of room to spread out. Condo has four balconies, two of which overlook the lagoon. The property managers, Monica and Eddy were gracious hosts and had excellent customer service. They are provided clear instructions for checking in and what their expectations were when checking out. I had a few questions during my stay and they got back to me within the hour each time. As for the condo, it was newly renovated in 2022 and I loved the modern look! The condo is located at the Kawama Yacht Club and there were plenty of amenities right on the property (2 pools, tennis court, lagoon, and a jetty to walk on and watch the sunset! As nature lovers, we got see manatees right in the marina on the property! There was a fish market and outdoor restaurant just a mile away. If you want to swim in a 25 meter multi lane lap pool, Jacob’s Aquatic center is only two miles away for a $12 daily use fee. There is plenty to do in the area from various kayak/eco tours to scuba/snorkeling. Everglades National Park (Homestead, FL entrance) is less than an hour away. Far Beach at nearby Pennecamp Coral Reef State Park was a nice beach with plenty of palm trees and a cove for swimming. Nearby Dagny Johnson Key Largo Hammock Botanical State Park was great for birding, hiking and viewing different kinds of plants. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again.

The property is absolutely adorable- a perfect location on the canal outback and easy in/out to the front of the complex. The decor adds to the relaxation of a getaway! We would definitely rent again!
