The property manager was very responsive and place was great.

The condo was perfect for us and our grown children. Location can’t be beat. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen could use a few things - cookie sheets, salad bowl, etc, but certainly nothing major. We highly recommend staying here.

Great communication with the owner and very detailed explanation of check-in process that was very convenient and efficient. The unit was very clean and well decorated. It was a large 3 bedroom unit that as conveniently located right across from the Gondola. The noise is to be expected if you’re staying anywhere in the village.

A very clean and comfortable stay in a great location

Played golf at Sierra star “ 5 after 5” cart and 5 holes after 5pm was $50 with cart, perfect! We liked the built in action of the village. The action does come with a little noise so if that is not your idea of fun, take that into consideration. Then we skied on Saturday. The unit worked out great and we had a fun summer weekend. Dad’s and teenage sons.

Absolute perfect spot with family. If you know anything about Mammoth, this condo is located in the Village Lodge(Lincoln Building) and your patio looks right out at the the main courtyard where you can watch the big movie screen or listen to live bands. The week we were there Puss in boots- The last wish was playing and the grandkids got to just sit on balcony in their PJ's The Host Matt was amazing and was in direct contact with us for our questions. I want to give a special thanks to Matt who helped us with our Special needs granddaughters accomondations.

Fun to be in the center of things in the Village. This property was the best for viewing the July 3rd fireworks. Balcony view with fireworks 300' in front of us. There can be some noise with windows open in the afternoon and evening, but we were given that warning before renting and expected it to be much worse on a 4th weekend. It was not really that noisy and the Village had outside activities end before 10:00. Crowds leave and all was quiet.

The only thing was it was very hot. The village had the heaters on high in the hallway which made the room hot

Not all locations in the village are created equal. Not only is this condo in the Village Lodge, but it is in the best location within the Village Lodge. The walk to the gondola is maybe 100 feet. Nothing in Mammoth is truly ski-in/ski-out (despite what many listings say), but this is the closest you can get.

Our experience with this booking was everything we had hoped it would be! The checkin and checkout processes were easy and convenient. We received all the information we needed prior to arrival and we experienced Matt and Kelly to be very, very responsive when we had questions. The unit was exactly as described in the listing. No surprises! The unit was clean and well-stocked. Our only input would be to add a couple more cutting boards and kitchen knives. The location is amazing! We skied/boarded everyday - to be able to take just a few steps to the gondola made things super easy! Also, the Village did a great job with snow-removal - making those few steps that much “lighter”! The heating in the unit is pretty powerful - we turned all thermostats to “off”, and it still felt warm. But we could easily adjust for that by briefly cracking open a couple of windows. No big deal! We experienced a little nightlife noise on the Friday evening of our stay, but nothing that a little white noise couldn’t drown out. We highly recommend this unit and hope to return for another stay, soon! Thank you!

AmIng location for skiing as well as village life. The place had everything we needed and communication with owner/manager was almost immediate. Thank you!

I am always happy to come back here and stay in the village. It works great for a family with two adult kids—convenient location to the gondola, restaurants, and general store.

This rental is a no-brainer!! Kelly and Matt were amazing hosts, they messaged me with all the check-in instructions, and called me a day before the trip to make sure I had everything I needed. When we got there, the self-check-in was very easy (again, because of their detailed instructions), the suite had everything we needed and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is amazing, the views every morning were breathtaking, the rooms were all very comfortable and the common area was perfect to enjoy with family and friends. And the underground garage + ski locker for the ski/snowboarding equipment was a fantastic extra perk. Will definitely recommend this property, and will stay here every time if possible!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matt and Kelly’s 3 bedroom condo in The Village. The location right above Gomez’s restaurant is super convenient and offers a nice view of the gondola. The condo is nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. And whether you hit the slopes or not, The Village is the best place to stay. We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t need it until the day we left. Plenty of restaurants, shops and a grocery store right there. The hosts were easy to communicate with and check-in was easy with a lockbox next to the front door. We have stayed at many condos at the Village Lodge over the years, but this was actually better furnished and better kept than others we’ve rented through the hotel. As a host myself, I know that people who rent their own vacation homes usually take great care of them, as in this case. We will gladly stay again.

We were here for night of lights which is very crowded. This location was perfect getting to the venue and eating without having to drive. I was worried about the noise in the village but it was not a problem! Would definitely come back ….great for quick access to skiing👍🏻

Positives: convienient location...close to the village restaurants/shops/lift, nicely decorated condo, easy checkin, perfect skiing weather Negatives: extremely uncomfortable mattresses in bunk beds, can't control heat in the condo (had to open windows and balcony door to cool down which let in outdoor noise from nearby restaurants and traffic noise), only 1 parking space allowed, one room had broken blinds and broken/dirty humidifier

What an experience. From the communication with the owners, to the location of the property, to the property itself…..simply amazing. The property was immaculate. Had everything that we needed to enjoy a 2 day getaway. All the amenities that you would need, to stay in for a quiet night, or the accessibility for an outdoor dinning experience. The views were incredible. Could’ve stayed on the patio watching the sunrise forever. We will absolutely be back!!

Cannot speak highly enough about the unit. Three great double bedrooms & three bathrooms were just the ticket for our family having spent 3 nights camping in Yosemite. You are right in the middle of village square. Facilities are first rate with pool & 4 hot tubs. Thank you to Kelly & Matt for ensuring our stay went smoothly

This location was perfect for us. Easy access by bus or car anywhere you want to see. The condo is right in the middle of the action. It is also nicely decorated like a comfy mountain cabin. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time in Mammoth! The condo was perfect! We could watch the bands from our balcony! It fit our family very well! I loved how close we were to the action! I would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a great time at the condo in the village. The location can’t be beat and the condo was clean and well equipped for our stay. We really appreciated having humidifiers available and some toiletries provided. Owners were prompt in communicating. We would definitely want to stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Nothing beats being able to just walk to the gondola to head up the mountain ... parked our car and never had to move it again.

Enjoy the quick trip for spring skiing with friends and our three young children. Check in was easy and the three bedrooms were more than accommodating. Walking over to the gondola was great and they were plenty of food options right in the village. Would enjoy renting this unit again!

Condo was perfect - brought the whole fam. This is truly a ski in - ski out unit. Just steps away from the Village gondola. Parked the car when we arrived and only moved it when we left! Walked to all the restaurants/bars, got up in the morning and just walked to the lift...less than 100 feet! Unit was clean, well stocked with a beautiful view. We will be back again!

Great location. Very well appointed unit. Lots of room. Great for eating in or bouncing downstairs to one of the many restaurants in walking distance. Lift tix, rentals all available right there. Gondola to Canyon Lodge is right out the front door. We will be back.
