My friends and I had a great time spending a long weekend together. The kitchen is open to the dining and living room which makes it great for cooking and hanging out. Outside space is very comfortable and quiet as well.

We were extremely pleased when we walked in the door. Everything was lovely and well kept. The views from kitchen, living and dining rooms were amazing and relaxing. I personally could have lived in the sunroom alone. Everything was there that you could need. I can’t speak for the other rooms, but the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. I appreciated that there were multiple tv’s. This time of year when you can’t do many outdoor activities and having teenagers, they were very helpful. And having the pool table kept all of us busy. We wish we could spend a month, it was perfect. Thank you

This is a great property located on Long Pond. It is perfect for families. A nice beach behind the house was perfect for our grandchildren. Kayaks and other water toys were great for the adults. I highly recommend it for families.

We loved the view, and being on the lake! It was great having kayaks and canoes we could use whenever we wanted. Glad there was laundry! It’s a little older home and needs updating in the bathrooms.

Great location on the cape to visit the attractions. Close to groceries, fuel, and restaurants. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck overlooking Long Pond, including a propane fire pit for the cool evenings. Wish the windows that lookout the back of the house weren’t fogged between the panes. Few other minor maintenance issues could be addressed. Enjoyed our time there.

Upon checking into this home the smell of entire home made it unbreathable. It was a combination of mold and a musty smell with primary bedroom smelling of dog pee. Rooms were not as pictured online with a tv missing in primary bedroom. Outlets did not work in primary bedroom . Two bedrooms had holes in the wall. The bunk bed safety rail was broken, preventing a young child being able to sleep in it. Bathrooms had black mold in ceilings. Carpet going upstairs had too many stains to count. Rental company-VaCasa, was able to give us a full refund due to the issues.

Right on the water with a beautiful sun room. Some additional updates needed upstairs, but the AV/Internet was outstanding!

We loved our stay and would rent here again. The property is right on a quiet pond, and we enjoyed the provided kayaks each morning. There were also Beautiful sunrises and sunsets as well as fall foliage that we enjoyed from the deck. Inside the house, The main floor has a cool sun room that also had spectacular views. We also appreciated the game room on the bottom floor. The upstairs could use some new flooring, but the beds were comfortable. Definitely five+ stars if the upstairs gets new flooring this off season.

We rented this home through VRBO because we saw it was a company (Turnkey Rentals) who manage it. Our last rental experience with VRBO was horrible , the owner combative, the home uninhabitable, and we lost all the money that we paid because it up to the owner to pay you back and VRBO didn't help at all. We almost didn't use this company again.. But we gave it a try because of Turnkey....and they did not disappoint! The house was clean, location they where super responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend this property but also this rental company!

My husband and I and our extended family had a wonderful time at this "waterfront gem". From the water views to the charming home, everything was perfect. We enjoyed kayaking and visiting nearby beaches. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Excellent location not too far in to Cape so travel time is manageable. Perfect situation right on the lake with ospreys, turtles, and all sorts of waterfowl. Activities for all with kayaks, canoe, and SUP on the water and reading in the sun room, pool table indoors. Renovated kitchen, large dining room table, gorgeous deck with propane fire feature. Close to restaurants, museums, etc. Refreshing dips in the pond and central AC for hot weather with perfect cross breeze when the heat lets up. Really very nice!

Had a great stay. House was great with beautiful views of the pond just steps away. Had a great time using the provided boats. Centrally located. Minutes to everything. Would definitely come back!!!!

The water is easily accessible (to swim, or take out the provided canoe/kayaks/paddle board). We had so much fun getting out on the water! There's lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit, a beautiful porch, and the interior is very roomy and comfortable, with a great breeze when the windows were open. It felt more spacious than the pictures suggested, and exceeded our expectations. The house was stocked with puzzles, books and games which was a really neat touch. It's incredibly close to the Main Streets for shopping, and minutes from beaches. Tons of shopping and dining, and it's even in a good location for delivery. House was clean and well stocked, and it was the perfect spot for our family vacation (5 adults, 2 children 10+ and an infant). The property renters made their contact information very accessible should any issues arise (none did!) but it was comforting to know they were available if needed!

The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately upon our arrival, we found dirty diapers in a couple of rooms, and a greasy pan left in the oven. The deck was a mess (chair cushions filthy, and bird poop everywhere). There was no vacuum cleaner available to renters (but after some communication with the management company, one was made available), and one straw broom in the basement. We had to purchase a stock pot (which we left there) in order to boil enough water for pasta meals. Trash & recycling pick-ups (Wed & Sat) ran a day late, which can be a problem in a house occupied by six adults who cook and eat at home much of the time.

To their credit, the management service was very responsive to our texts, and issues were resolved quickly.

There is acceptable internet, but no cable; ifb you are not currently using a digital TV service (Roku, Hulu, YouTube, etc.) you'll have difficulty watching "live TV" programs. In any case, you can sign-on using your home cable service or digital service(s), just be sure to have all necessary passwords with you.

Overall, this is a worthy place to spend your hand-earned vacation time. We love it and highly recommend it.

This house had everything, location, spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, the backyard and lake make a beautiful scene for a perfect getaway. So peaceful and beautiful!!

Overall we were very pleased with this rental house. Great location and beautiful pond. The house had plenty of room for 4 adults and very comfortable. The mud room was perfect for fishing gear instead of leaving outside. I have just a few items for improvement. The WiFi name is not correct on the guest portal, password works though nice on the correct network. The shower door in the 1 st floor bathroom needs repair. The gas grill lit but was not hot enough to grill any food, no grill lighter. Very nice back yard but beware of goose droppings. Also, maybe need to upgrade the air conditioning description as it looks like there is central air. Overall we really enjoyed are stay and would consider renting again.

The property location was perfect. Although in a residential setting it was peaceful and private. A few small issues were resolved right away(couldn't get the livingroom TV to allow us to watch a regular TV show). A team member came the next day and it was working when we got back. The one disappointment was we couldn't locate the paddles for the kayaks, although the agreement said use of kayaks and canoe. The weather was perfect for a paddle on the pond.

Great location with most things we needed - a few minor items (kitchen pans could use an upgrade and the pool table needs repair) but these were far outweighed by the beautiful deck, the kayaks and canoe and the lovely neighborhood (great for bunny spotting and lots of birds including a swan in the pond).

What a beautiful spot overlooking Long Pond. Beautiful, spacious home. Minutes away from your favorite beaches! Go kayaking or fishing right from the backyard or sit on the deck and take in the amazing views! Very quiet dead end street! No complaints whatsoever

House is located on dead end street. Plenty of parking and very quiet area! The backyard view of the pond is gorgeous with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The property was clean and full of all the needed amenities for a weekend away. Check in / check out was super quick and easy! We would definitely come back during warmer months!

Many places that sleep over 6 don’t have enough seating in common space (may not matter in summer), this place has seating for 5 comfortably and then the dining table and chairs were in the space as well. Also, a wonderful sun porch to spread out if wanted. Adult kids loved the pool table!
