التكييف خرب ب احد الغرف ، المصعد علق علينا وحين تم ابلاغ الاستقبال لم يبدي اي ردة فعل وكانه شي عادي!!! ،دورات المياه صغيره وضيقه ، العزل جدا سيء بالغرف تحس انك نايم بالشارع ، راحئة اللوبي والغرف كانت سيئه لين عطرنا المكان كامل ، تجربه جداً سيئه

The property is central to the airport and downtown Jeddah.

I am lost for words on how poor my experience was staying in this hotel, here is a short list of items that were disappointing with the property: - The wifi did not work - The air conditioner and TV did not have a remote even after asking - The air conditioner in the bedroom is extremely loud and barely operates - The bedsheets did not feel washed and were extremely old, after requesting more bedsheets i was given 1 additional sheet. - There is supposed to be breakfast included, upon asking they told me no there was no breakfast. - Dust and unclean carpets and couches. For the price this property is extremely disappointing, i unfortunate because the location is central to most things.

nonstop reception, we were able to check-in after midnight

nonstop reception could be presented directly (we were stressed about arriving outside the limited check-in time stated) breakfast was quite small (box from a restaurant outside) and wasn´t delivered on agreed time, we had to ask for it

Only location is 10 minutes away from airport .

Too noisy place beacuse it was on the main road .all aircondotiners were noisy and old .no toilet rolls .no towels .I felt rooms were dusty .we stayed there for night because it was closer to airport .only location was good as it was 10 min drive to airport .

On arrival staff looked surprised we had a reservation and fumbled around trying to locate it, it seemed. Knowing we were extremely tired following Umrah and had a 5 hour turnaround before our next flight, they decided to put us on nearly the top floor facing the main road with very poor sound insulation. Furthermore, the wiring in the bath room was very suspect as we got a strobe effect upon switching on the light. Good thing non of us were epileptic! The icing on the cake was that Uber driver intentionally took us to the wrong terminal. It is not explicit on Google Maps but Terminal 1 is in the South Terminal, but this is an issue with Uber rather than the hotel to be fair. Apologies for the harsh words straight after Umrah but you need to get with the programme guys to avoid others falling in to the same trap trying to get cheap and cheerful accommodation near to the kAIA airport (which itself is stunning btw! )
