This house is large and spacious with amazing views of the river. Bedrooms are large as is kitchen. Back patio has a hot tub and firepit and plenty of space and seating. Just sit back and relax and watch the wildlife. All this and just 5 minutes to the lake and 10 to downtown McCall.

Home was great - the hot tub and river in the back yard was just perfect. We found that the towels were very thin, not enough paper products and only one packet for the dishwasher.

Beautiful home in the middle of the city with a location that makes you feel like there are no neighbors. Home is directly on the river. The kids spent hours playing in the snow on the river bank and in the river. The home is perfectly equipped for a large family gathering. Will rent again and again …

The property is beautiful and looks even better than the pictures. The house is well furnished including great cooking supplies, great outdoor equipment, nice bedding and plenty of cozy blankets. Our only complaint was the group before us was apparently “rough on the hot tub.” There was vomit next to the hot tub and they had to drain and refill. Although we appreciated the cleaning, the heater did not reset so our arrival after a long day on the slopes was met with a “hot tub,” that was a balmy 46’. The owner didn’t message us back and during the 45 minutes it took us to get through the Live Chat with VRBO, we figured out how to reset it and get it warming up. That however took about 12 hours to warm so no hot-tubbing that night. Otherwise, we had no issues and all went well.

We rented this home for a family ski vacation. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family! We cooked most dinners in and found the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub and sauna were fabulous after a day on the slopes. We enjoyed daily visits from whitetail and mule deer and even saw a raccoon along the riverbank. **We were quite disappointed that the home wasn’t ready (clean) until 6:00 pm (4:00 pm check-in time). I called Vacasa a day before check-out to report the problem with the home not being ready upon arrival and to request a later check-out time to make up for it. The person I spoke with said they would put in the request and I should hear back within a few hours. After several hours I called Vacasa again and was told that there was no record of my request and there was probably no chance it would be approved. Needless to say, I was pretty mad! Luckily for Vacasa, they did finally approve our request. I’m not sure why the home was not ready by the check-in time but if I were the home owner I would definitely find out. After taking all of this into consideration, we would still rent this home again because of the homes location to town, restaurants and Brundage. This home was also one of the nicest in the area.

They cabins location is great. Clean and nice. The wildlife is just outside the window. Bald eagle to several deer. Plenty of room for our group and had everything we needed.
