Very large house! Beds were very comfortable and the pool was great. Great neighborhood in an easy location. We had a reunion of friends who met in junior high and we all flew back home to Arizona for a concert. This was a great place for us to reconnect and would definitely stay here again.

This house was provided a very comfortable stay for our families. Our only complaint is the kitchen is pretty sparsely equipped - the knives were quite dull, and there was only one kitchen towel in the whole house. We had to get a bit creative when cooking big family dinners, but that certainly didn't tamp down the fun.

The house was perfect for a group of 10 ladies. The living room had seats for all as well as the kitchen table. Upon arrival the house looked and smelled clean when we entered. As any "rental" there some signs of wear and tear but that was to be expected. Had an issue with the staircase handrail not properly attached. I called the property manager and within 45 minutes maintenance arrived and fixed it. Impressed! The kitchen could be better stocked with flatware and cookware (we had to buy plastic forks). The outdoor furniture has seen better days but the pool was lovely. A good time was had by all and I would rent this property again for a large group.

This house has it all! It was very clean and extra spacious for multiple families to stay. The location is perfect, close to downtown Gilbert (which is like a mini Scottsdale) and close to hiking, golf and pickleball. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in this home for a weekend wedding. It was a beautiful gathering place, but we had important questions during and after our stay and got no response from the owner.

We had a great time hosting family Thanksgiving at the house. We did have issues with the water heater/pool heat but it ended up being a gas issue that was needing to be fixed by the gas company and was fixed within about 3 hours time. We overall had a wonderful stay.

Exactly what we needed for our group. Plenty of space for everyone. Was able to enjoy the pool multiple days as well as the indoor pool table. Liked the fact that there was an en-suite in addition to the master bedroom. Was located in a good area. Would stay here again.

The home exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms were roomy. The house had plenty of space for 3 families so we never felt crowded. The pool was well taken care of. The house had so many extra touches . The families played pool, connect four, tic tac toe, catch phrase and more after a day of swimming. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We all sat around the table to eat. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in this house for a week with a family of 10. Plenty of space for everyone and all the necessary stuff to get by cooking at home. The multiple living spaces made it easy for people to do what they wanted without getting in each others way. Same with the bathrooms. Backyard space and pool were great. While I highly recommend this house, please note that the bed in the upstairs master is rock hard and the window coverings do nothing to shield the sun in the morning. Choose rooms accordingly.

The house was great the location of the house was great for our trip. We all had a great time.

Everything was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The pool was a huge hit and used everyday. Location was on point. Close to everything. 25 min drive to down town.

The home is excellent! (Minor issues of a few ants in an upstairs bathroom and one bedroom has a very very firm mattress.) The problem we had was that I paid to have them heat the pool and even after several phone calls they never came to turn it on. Plus I still haven't received my refund after 2 weeks.

This home was in a quiet neighborhood that was easily accessible from all areas. The house was clean, comfortable, and appropriately decorated & furnished. Would definitely rebook for another stay.

We had three families stay here for a Spring Break Vacation, and this property was set up perfectly for us! There was plenty of bedroom space and bathrooms for our party of 12. Most of the beds were very comfortable. One bedroom had a harder mattress. The pillows were excellent for a good nights sleep! There were two separate areas for tv watching which was so nice for the kids to have a space of their own. We wished for a tv in every bedroom, but we made do! We used the pool all day every day! We paid to heat the pool and that is a must. The water was warm the whole week for our kids to be in it at all hours of the day. There was a limited amount of beach towels, however we brought our own so that worked out just fine too! The kitchen really had most things that we needed. We had groceries etc delivered right to the property. We would definitely stay here again!

We could not control the temperature for the upstairs bedroom until 12 hours before we would exit the rental property. We made multiple attempts to rectify the situation and were told it would be handled in an urgent manner. There was no solution to our hot sleeping bedrooms until 12 hours before we ended our trip. Our sleeping at night was uncomfortable and upsetting. We could not open any of the windows upstairs because there were no screens in the windows.

The property was very nice. The pool was wonderful. Even had an orange and lime tree to mix in our drinks.

We loved the spacious home! Everything was perfect however I did pay an extra for a heated pool and did not get heated until the last hour before we checked out.. we were all super bummed. Definitely wanna come back with heated pool.

The space was wonderful for our extended family, close to both airports, and many attractions! We would definitely recommend staying at this VRBO.

We enjoyed our stay at Brittney’s home. Brittney was great to deal with. Prompt in answers questions. We had no issues while we were there. If we had any issues, I know she would have easily and quickly had them taken care of.

We loved our vacation here. The location of the home was great. It was close to entertainment and restaurants and the highway was nearby. We would stay again for sure.

The house was spacious and perfect for our family of 10. There are 4 living spaces so plenty of room to spread out. One living space gaming loft room upstairs. On the main level was the large front room with TV. Next to that is a cozy den/office. My husband liked that room so he could do a little work while on vacation. The kitchen overlooked another living space with a couch, pool table and TV. Everyone enjoyed the pool table.

The main level master suite was perfect for my older mom and dad. It had a huge bathroom and king size bed with a TV. It was nice that they could leave the family and go to their room and relax.

The kids loved the pool. Even though it was only in the 60’s when we were there, the pool / heat was worth any extra cost.

The kitchen had plenty of seating, dishes, cups, utensils, blender, 2 ovens, etc. The coffee maker was carafe and a single k cup. It was definitely nice to have a washer and dryer available. It got used quite a bit.

There were 4 rooms up stairs, 3 with King size beds. 1 king room was a suite with a bathroom. The other two kings did not have a bathroom, but could share the upstairs hallway bathroom. The 4th bedroom up stairs had bunk beds, single on top and double on bottom. Again, lots of space.

There is a Safeway close by, do the “order ahead “ pick up your stuff and move in for your vacation.

Great house with tons of room, nice amenities ( pool, pool table, table games). Very clean, nicely furnished, big TVs and lots of them. Perfect for a large family or small ones. Very good experience.
