Great location and home was fully equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation!

This may have been one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. Chris is EXTREMELY communicative and will get back to you fastly. The property is exactly as pictured. Everything you need is there including games and books! It is a 3 minute walk to the beach and so many delicious restaurants. Community itself is quiet and perfect. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

Great location! Five minute walk to the beach. Short walk to restaurants. Very well equipped kitchen and for the beach. Just bring your clothes and everything else is provided. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was the perfect size and style for our family. The view is very pretty from the balcony and the kids had a blast in the pool.

We’ve stayed at this complex several years but this was the nicest individual unit in which we’ve stayed. It was excellent, and across the board.

This was an absolutely beautiful property - well maintained; spotlessly cleaned; safe - I can't say enough good things about our stay. We especially loved having access to a garage and the bikes. We loved the location to the Lion Bridge and walking into the Old Town. My only feedback is the lighting, at nighttime, in the kitchen/living area is not the best. There is a regular light over the sink; but it's covered with a decorative shade (called a bird's nest) that literally blocks all the normal light into the living room and the kitchen. If you want to cook or prepare food after dark; its very difficult to see. Many of the other lights in the room are battery operated, which makes them dimmer. There was no reading light on a table in the living room; so you couldn't sit and read a book unless using the overhead light where the fan is. For my purposes, the lighting was not the best on the upper level. Also, we didn't realize; but the refrigerator/freezer does NOT make ice at all. After inquiring with the mgmt company, we had to run out and purchase a bag of ice. There is not a book or instruction sheet in the house to tell us about the lack of ice machine or how to operated the tv. Again, overall, we had LOVED our stay and had no problems at all communicating with the property managers.

This was the perfect VRBO for my family and I. It was exactly as described, spacious, clean and had many great touches to make for a comfortable week in St Augustine. It’s right across the street from the beach and close to many great restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone. Chris was very responsive anytime we needed anything, which was limited given the place already had everything we needed. Top notch experience!

A beautiful condo in the midst of it all and a few minutes walk to the beach yet gated and private. It overlooks it all!!

This was our first Vrbo and Oh my , we loved it, everything you need was there , perfectly decorated, nice, clean. Close to the beach and some nice restaurants! We hope to come back again .

This was our first time at St. Augustine. The place was perfect. Exactly how it appeared on website. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Loved our trip to old town. Enjoyed the holiday lights trolly ride,, and shopping.. Lots of activities for kids. Would definitely return in the future.

Rent this condo! I love walking into a place for the first time and say WOW! Great location to everything. Beautifully decorated with every amenity you could ever need. The place is extremely nice, would suggest mattress and box springs be replaced in master bedroom and bedroom on left of entry, both are past worn out.

The condo was very well decorated, bright, and clean! Amenities were great and some nice restaurants were within walking distance. The property’s pond has turtles and fish, which the kids enjoyed watching. We’d recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

What a wonderful location and beautiful unit. The 3 bedroom condo is beautifully decorated in a beach theme. It is clean and has everything you need to enjoy a week relaxing at the beach or pool. The host goes above and beyond to make sure you have all the necessities needed for a wonderful vacation. Spectacular, five star review.

Although this property is not located directly on the beach it is a short walk across A1A. It is even convenient to drive over because of the free public parking at the pier. The pool area was nice, and the splash pad across the street is fun for kids. 🌊 🏖️ 🌞 It's also a short and easy drive to Historic St. Augustine.
