Nice and close to River. Could use some things attended to.

Good place to have friends/family over. Needs some repair to stair rails inside house and stove needs immediate attention. Knobs do not shut off gas as they should. Quiet and very spacious. Nice stay with even the snake in the garage.

We enjoyed our stay but the house was not properly sanitized. We cleaned the pool sticks, and the Clorox wipes came out black like they have never been cleaned and who knows how long, after that we decided to clean door knobs, light switches cabinets in kitchen and stairway grab bar. Everything was dirty. Dishes we dusty. It should of been more clean and ready for us to us with out worries.

Older home but comfortable for multiple families with 2 living spaces. The deck and river was great! Although the kitchen (dishes, coffee pot, counter and garage)were not clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms seemed clean. Overall nice place.

We really enjoyed our stay and ski trip to Red River. The house was well suited for our three family group. The kids really enjoyed the upstairs tv room and rec area.

So, the place isn't awful. Most of the beds were comfortable enough. One was pretty awful. Plenty of cookware, utensils, and dishes. The place was outdated and had some random issues throughout, a couple of the tables were lightly damaged, the floor was separating in places, and the railing for the stairs was loose. All of that sounds bad, but... It really isn't that big of a deal, if the place was a little cheaper. I feel like it's a little pricey for how outdated it is. Also, they ended up charging an additional pet fee at check-in that wasn't included or discussed previously. I felt like it should've been included in the original payment since I disclosed we'd be bringing pets at that time. All in all, we had enough space and amenities to do everything we wanted to do. It was awesome enough for our friendsgiving. Honestly, if it wasn't for the surprise additional fee, I would've given the place five stars with its imperfections.

We enjoyed our stay in Red River. The location of the Lucky River cabin was awesome. We loved being so close to the Red River ski area and the local shopping and restaurants. The cabin was spacious enough for our group of 9. We loved having a full kitchen and the outdoor grill. We look forward to coming back!!

Overall, this is a pretty decent property and a great location. I think it’s fairly priced for what you get with the house. House is spacious, but pretty old. Walking around on the floors is extremely noisy. One coffee pot didn’t work at all, and the other one took over 30 minutes to brew a pot. Other than those minor things, we enjoyed our stay.

Property was dated but clean. Overall good quality place.

Our 3rd time staying here with friends. Beds are super comfy and we always bring corn and unsalted wildlife peanuts for the ducks and Stellar jays

The sleeping arrangements were very good with 3 king size beds and one queen plus 3 sofas and a nice blow-up mattress. The back yard was used regularly, enjoying the fire pit and the stream, which attracted a LOT of wildlife! We saw beautiful blue jays, lots of ducks which would eat out of our hand. Deer and a black bear! (all on the property).

Our experience staying here was great! No complaints and will definitely book again.

Second year in a row staying at this property! We enjoy it every time!

There were dirty towels left on the washer and towels left in the dryer when we arrived. No gaming device as listed in advertisement.Not very many television channels. Check in/check out process was very well ran.

(Before I begin, I have stayed in several ARBNB and other rentals.. I have never had any issues) This property was a 5 star location! Plenty of room for our group of 5. Fishing outside our door was awesome. However, management was practically non-existentistent and I would not rate it as a premier host.. Thank goodness we had no major issues. Easy access to the property. HOWEVER, the instructions to check in and advise via texting didn't work. There was no response from our contact management thru recommended texting and emailing. Finally was able to get thru via previous management. This was frustrating as we needed to advise them of several things with the house so we didn't get blamed. We did take pictures. The house itself is huge, but dated and I would say hasn't had a loving touch in some time. Downstairs carpet in king room was stained and felt neglected. Slow draining sink downstairs. Shower Faucet loose upstairs Icemaker doesn't work. The available kitchen pots and pans need replacing. Zero cleaning, scrubbing stuff which made it difficult to clean dishes, pans, etc. I certainly wouldn't rate this house luxury, especially considering the price. A little love would make this house a first rate place.

Loved the location and the view. Layout and amenities of the cabin were great.

We loved this property and will be coming back again in the spring. Perfect location. We loved the River in the back. We all had so much fun playing in the snow. The house is huge and perfect for the entire family.

This is our second stay here and won’t be the last. We love the creek right out the backdoor for fly fishing and great fire pit for the evenings. Wish the road were a little farther away, but it is what it is and was fine:)

Very nice clean lots of room

The house was in an excellent location within .25 miles of town right on the river which our son loved! The house was clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. We loved waking up and sitting on the porch drinking our coffee in the morning and even had some deer come down and drink from the stream right in front of us - the neighbor even fed one biscuits! We would recommend this house and would stay there again!

We love traveling to Red River. The layout of this home is perfect for our family. We had 4 families staying here with babies included. Our dogs were able to stay as well. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is for 2 reasons. The first --> this is located off the main highway. You cannot tell that unless you do a good google maps search and see it. The traffic was definitely heard when we were on the porch - which was most of the time. It was not a problem when sleeping since traffic slowed significantly after dark. The second reason is that we were promised wifi but it didn't work. The realty group did provide a hot spot which was nice but it didn't provide much service either. None of that is the home owner or realty office fault. There's not a lot of service in the entire town. Overall we loved it. We would definitely stay again!

Overall property was great! The internet was nonexistent! Don’t advertise you have it, if that’s the best you can get? Backyard was full of ants, but the property manager addressed it quickly and we were able to enjoy the fire pit at night with all the family gathered around. Very special! The house was the perfect size and arrangement for our family. We were able to walk to town, and we loved that. Loved having the river right in the backyard!

This property has 4 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. There are only 3 bathrooms so best for 8-10 people tops. We took 2 air mattresses and had 10 people. Kids enjoyed pool table and could walk to donut shop. Kitchen is a little small and could use better lighting. Grill and fireplace worked great and there was ample wood in garage. Second refrigerator in garage is very nice. We we were able to store skis in garage and boots in house without feeling crowded. Overall comfortable and worked great for our 3 families.

Loved everything!

Our group had an amazing time skiing in Red River, and this house was the perfect home base. Management was extremely helpful and would text me to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in and out was really easy, and when we arrived we were greeted to ski maps and an event calendar! The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and anything you need to cook at home. There was plenty of space and the house felt homey! We will definitely stay with resort realty again!! Thank you so much for an excellent vacation.
