Beautiful home Wonderful memories!! Best place to spend Thanksgiving

We had a destination wedding in Seaside and the property was perfect for us. We had 12 adults and 5 children staying with the Grooms family. I was worried about parking but it worked out fine with our 6 vechicles. Most the other properties we looked at only had room for 2 cars. All the Brides friends and family ended up hanging out at our place since it was so spacious and on the beach. The owner (Ashley was very responsive to any questions we had)

We had a wonderful stay. Ashley addressed any and all our needs immediately. The bikes provided were great, since seaside is a quick five minute ride. The house is well-equipped, cozy bedding, and an absolutely perfect view with huge deck and a staircase away from the beach 47 steps, to be exact 😄. We spoke several times about securing this property next summer. We highly recommend Ashley's house.

We had a great time with a pretty large adult group at this house for over a week. The beach, view and deck were absolutely priceless, completely as advertised. The house was OK and spacious with lots of amenities, but really lacked some basic cleaning and maintenance. Clearly it is a rental only property that has be used a lot. Many issues to deal with throughout the week. The manager was very responsive when we texted her, but this house needs work, especially given the price we paid to be there.

Great location and restaurants within walking distance. Best sandy beach as always if you are anywhere in Destin area. Beach is quite and not too busy in front of house as some areas can be in this vicinity. Good selection of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas for use; not always the case with rentals.

First off we enjoyed the stay here very much! We had a family and friends totaling 5 for spring break. The property is a perfect layout for families and large groups. It has been updated nicely as well. The location is amazing and being able to walk out on the beach or a short journey to the Publix grocery store is super fairly easy. The Seaside marketplace is in easy walking distance and safe to send teenagers. We rented a golf cart for the week and the host has 5-6 bikes which all worked well. Fine Dining at the "Surfing Deer" directly across the street is a recommend (country club casual attire). The only reason it did not get a 5 star overall rating for us was that we were disappointed that the property was represented to have a Kayak and it did not and also it only had one roll of paper towels for the size of the property and price per night there is usually more basics. All the beach umbrellas were broken off at the bottom... It doesn't sound like a lot but The Kayak was a huge bummer to the kids and adults.. We were told it had been stolen "after arriving" and having to call. We looked into Renting one but it was a hassle not that optional and we shouldn't have to paying the rate The property charges and believing one would be there and be part of the fun. The Host communicated really well about everything when we reached out or had questions. We really loved the house and watching the dolphins from the back deck was special. The safety of the property is also very comforting. It was a very wonderful stay and made some great family memories. We would definitely recommend the property and rent again.. Just need clarify that the things are working and not broken. All just little things keeping up with the property that don't cost a lot and make it 5 star experience :) .

My siblings and I rented this house to host and celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday. 12 total adults and we never felt cramped. It was just perfect for hanging out, cooking and doing long days at the beach. Ashley, the house host, was very nice and easy to work with. We would reserve this house again in a heartbeat.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The home is gorgeous, everything was clean, the kitchen is well-stocked for meals, the beds were super comfortable, the location was so convenient to Seaside and groceries yet peaceful and quiet, and the weather was even perfect. We hope to return often! Thank you, Ashley, for sharing your wonderful home with us.

This was without a doubt, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The view was amazing! The location is amazing! The house is amazing! Ashley was a pleasure to work with and made the renting process easy. We will definitely be staying here again!!

We had the best vacation and Birthday Bash for our Best Friend's 40th Birthday!!! The house is AMAZING!!! The porch makes the ocean breathtaking at all hours of the day and the house held 18 women comfortably!! We are thankful for this House and had no clue how close to Seaside Town it was but it was a walk a way!! Then being able to walk down to the beach was so wonderful!! WE loved it!!

The views from the back deck and the proximity to the beach make this property hard to beat. We found ourselves spending nearly all of our time outside. The house itself is nice but a bit dated. We would stay there again, but hope for some updates to be made on the house.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a long weekend, celebrating my birthday in late August and It was near Perfect! This beautiful home is Perfectly perched in front of the Gulf, Unobstructed, in a Perfect Seagrove location, with Killer views and Amazing patio(s) for enjoying the breeze, the ocean/beach and sunrise/set views. It is clean, appropriately cooled and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities that you may need, including kitchen supplies, small beach towels, a shed with toys, floats, beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, water floats and more. The bed/sleep situation is awesome, with 5 King beds, 1 queen and bunks for any youth. The linens were clean/fresh and the beds and linens were so comfortable. We spent time inside and outside of the home and every experience was awesome, including proximity to great food (restaurants and grocery store), lounging in the lovely and spacious kitchen and family room, yoga and massages on the patios and of course a short walk down the stairs to enjoy the beach (where additional chair/umbrella rental was super easy)! Ashley, the owner was extremely responsive and she immediately and kindly took care of any of our needs. She really helped to make it a relaxing and comfortable weekend. I will definitely come back to this beautiful home and I imagine the rental experience will only get better with time! Kim Lipscomb

This house is beautiful and the location is perfect! My family of 11 adults and 2 infants stayed here and we were so comfortable. This house comes with beach equipment, kids toys, high chairs and pack and plays. The house is beautifully decorated and the view is magnificent. The only thing I was a little disappointed with is the kitchen supplies… toaster does not work, not enough coffee cups, forks, spoons and steak knives. Other than that it was perfect!

Our group was 2 families with a total of 4 parents and 7 kids (all girls!). We had plenty of room for everyone! Some of the girls shared a room but several had their own room and bathroom! With that many girls and all those bathrooms, everyone was able to get ready at the same time! The supply of beach floats, chairs, and other items was nice too because we did not have to travel with or purchase those items when we arrived. They even had umbrellas! Our kids could ride the bikes to Seaside to shop and eat, it is about a 3-minute bike ride. The check-out is easy!! This was especially nice! In some places, I have stayed there is a list of checkout requirements, not the case here! The host was easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions! We are looking forward to returning!

Great location, amazing views!!

I was on 30A celebrating my 50th with 15 girlfriends. My search was extensive - not many homes right on the beach accommodated our group's size and requirements. This house was PERFECT for us! Every bedroom had it's own en suite bathroom and beautiful linens and there was plenty of common area space to spread out. We spent most of our time on that amazing patio overlooking the beach and emerald waters of the Florida coastal panhandle. And can we talk about the views from all of the bedrooms in the rear of the house?? I took pictures so I can pretend from home that I'm still there! The home is surprisingly quiet despite being right on the water and right on 30A but there is a white noise machine in the front bedrooms just in case. For its size and 3-stories, the AC kept it cool throughout. The kitchen was well appointed with every utensil and pot/pan you could possibly need. There were plenty of pool toys and chairs/umbrellas in the storage closet so no need to bring any. There is a public beach access point two doors down so set up on the beach early! The were plenty of bath and beach towels for large groups. We packed light to avoid checking bags & kept the laundry room in the house busy. This gorgeous home is perfectly situated between Rosemary and Grayton Beaches, just 2 blocks from Seaside & a few more to Watercolor. Publix (grocery) is approximately a mile away and easily accessible by golf cart if you rent one. The owner of the property was extremely communicative and helpful every step of the way. I am a pretty discerning traveler and have rented on vrbo many times but this property is by far the best. I'm already working out a reason to go back! Thanks for the memories!

This home is the perfect gathering place for a big family. Beautifully appointed and large bedrooms. A perfect bunk room for kids as well as a great playroom stocked with fun toys. Family room is large and comfortable. We had dinner meals catered that worked perfectly with the dining table seating the 9 to 11 adults and kids on the stools at kitchen counter. The deck was so wonderful!! Lots of seating area and places to play. We enjoyed all aspects of the home and Ashley (the owner) could not have been nicer. She answered all questions in a timely fashion with a smile and accommodated all requests.

It was a perfect house for our large group (14 in all) & the owners were exceptionally attentive to our specific needs.

We just returned from a week here with 14 family members! We can't say enough about this property! The location is fabulous...an easy walk to the town of Seaside. The beach storage was stocked with everything you need for the beach...chairs/umbrellas/beach toys! Our family loved the kayak and the 2 bikes that came with the house. Kitchen was well-stocked with tons of cookware and everything you need! Loved the ice maker and 2nd refrigerator! All the beds were super comfy! Our parents loved their master suite upstairs! It was the perfect retreat for our family!
