Extremely satisfied with house and Homeowner’s Collection. Only downside to Seaside and Walton Beach(And everyone is free to go wherever they can afford)are manners and respect for others are not items that are packed for beach vacation. If walking to beach or restaurants, half your time is spent dodging regular or electric bicycles or golf carts which have no speed limits.

The most fabulous house in the perfect location! I couldn't believe it the first morning when we woke up to deer grazing on the lawn. Majestic! Just a short stroll to the beach, shops, food and fun. We would definitely stay here again. The house is so lovely!

We stayed at On the Lawn this past week. The house is very large and comfortable, furnished beautifully. The gourmet kitchen is amazing. Two laundry rooms(very important on family vacation with lots of people). This is my favorite Seaside house we have ever stayed in! Definitely recommend!

The house was beautiful, the kitchen had a prep area, massive refrigerator and stove. The beds were very comfortable and the laundry appliances were great. It was a short walk to 30a and a ten-15 minute walk to the uncovered outdoor pool. We had a few issues with regulating the water temperature in the house. A few of the bedrooms either had cold or burning temps, no where in between for the week we were there. Maintenance did attempt to reset and help but didn’t resolve in every bathroom. Otherwise we had a wonderful vacation!

The house was beautiful and perfect for two families to share for a week long relaxing vacation. I was worried about the location because the house looks a little bit tucked away from everything on the map, but the location within Seaside was far better than I expected - easy to walk or bike to everything (pools, restaurants and beach). The customer service was spectacular. My friend accidentally left her purse behind(!!!) and it was mailed back to her promptly. The kids loved playing on the lawn directly in front of the house. It was picturesque and we loved sitting on the porch each morning drinking our coffee. I wish I was there right now.

Great size and amenities. Would definitely recommend. Worth noting that the "King Studio" downstairs is actually just a sleeper sofa with no door etc. Would not count on using as a bedroom. This was the only issue we encountered. Home Owners Collection was wonderful to work with as well.

We arrived for Fall break at a different rental house (different rental company) and quickly smelled mold and had hours to find something else before everyone was gone for the day. This house just happened to be available, and the rental company was so helpful and accommodating at such short notice. We were in this house within an hour of needing a new place to stay! The rental assistant was amazing, and the house was better than we expected! It was such a delightful experience given our situation. Highly recommend Homeowners Collection!

This home was very spacious with a great location. The kids loved playing sports in the park right out the front door. The kitchen area is very well equipped and the butlers pantry is a great for functionality with large groups and kids. The furnishings are high end and thoughtfully selected. It’s a short walk to central square at seaside.

Fantastic house in the back of Seaside. We have historically stayed closer to the main square so this was our first time staying towards the back of the development. We loved the location directly across from the lawn. Very quiet and peaceful.
Hands down best kitchen amenities out of any rental we have ever stayed in anywhere. Everything was top of the line and brand new. Loved this house, loved the elevator (made unloading/loading a breeze), loved the location. Would definitely rent this again.

Our family of 8 stayed here and had a great time. This is a new three story house that is fully stocked. We could walk to seaside square or the beach, kids had bikes. No need for golf cart. Property Management is very responsive. Highly recommend!!
