I had an opportunity to stay at this lovely property for the month of January. From the moment I entered, I immediately felt like I was home. The house is spotless, comfortably and modernly furnished with all the amenities you need. The breathtaking view from the living space enables you to see the ocean and the majestic nightly sunset . A modern kitchen allows for the ease of cooking and entertaining. The master bedroom, with its comfortable king bed and lovely lines offers a restful nights sleep while away from your own bed at home. The second bedroom is perfect for children and /or guests, as there is a comfortable queen bed and the privacy of their own bathroom. The lower level bedroom space, also with a private bathroom/shower/tub has an entrance from the outside, perfect for showering prior to entering. Extremely pleasant, friendly and accommodating, the owners, who live across the street were always available, but respectful of my privacy. I always felt comfortable asking for anything I needed. There are clean beach towels, multiple beach chairs and an umbrella to use for the short 6 block walk to the beach. Take advantage of the beautiful California sunshine, ocean and strand to walk, run or bike. The house is an easy walk to downtown Manhattan Beach, where you find numerous boutiques, coffee shops and a diverse amount of restaurants. With the close proximity to the airport and the many Southern California places of interest nearby, it is certainly a perfect place as “your home away from home.” I look forward to returning there in the near future.

This was our first time ever renting a vacation house. We were skeptical at first, especially since this was a "rental" home. The owner was good about communicating before our family's arrival, which put us at ease. He was also always at the ready to answer any questions during our stay. When we arrived to the house, a half hour early, the owner and his son (the family lives in the adjacent house) just happened to be walking back from the beach, drippping wet and carrying their boogie boards...that was a good sign. The property owner gave us the keys to our house to settle in and came back a few minutes later to give a tour. When we opened the door to let ourselves in, we were blown away! The house is even better than the pictures show. The top floor is stunning, open, bright with natural light, nicely appointed, immaculate and so very comfortable. It is basically one large room with a nice sized balcony. Our family had plenty of space to hang out together....watching tv while lounging on the sofa, playing board games at the dining table, enjoying the fresh air, sunsets and view from the balcony and cooking in the well stocked kitchen. It was great to all be in the same room together for so many hours. On the second floor, the master bedroom is large and sumptious. The beautiful ensuite master bath is also large. My nieces loved bathing in its free standing tub every evening. The guest bedroom suite on this floor is also lovely and bright. The third bedroom is on the botton level providing easy entry into the house after a quick rinse under the warm outdoor shower after a day at the beach. There are plenty of pillows, bedding, blankets and towels. It takes literally seconds to get to the beach, strand and bike path from this home and minutes into town. We were drooling at the beautiful expanse of sand and sea, the multi million dollar homes on the strand and the never ending bike path. We love the good outdoor life style that MB provides. No need for a car at all. We loved our stay in MB and felt very much at home. It was a perfect way to end the summer. We miss it already and hope to be back in the near future. My family stayed in this home for one week, and we stayed a few blocks away for our holiday.. and I must say that we were quite jealous of how great this house was, compared to ours! The owners live across the street, and are there to help in any way. House is only a few houses from the beach. Greg is a great guy and we would definitely rent from him and his family again without hesitation!! Thanks again Greg!!!

You can be assured that this home will not disappoint. The home is tastefully decorated with all necessities to ensure you have a stress free stay in Manhattan Beach. The kitchen is gourmet and you can enjoy the evening breeze every night overlooking the ocean on your spacious outdoor deck. The home is clean and kept to the highest standards. The owner is very accommodating and only lives a short distance away. He is intent on ensuring you have a positive experience while staying in his home. The home is one block from the beach and less than a half mile from downtown. I would highly recommend.

Book it! You will enjoy everything about this house. Fabulous kitchen, all ready for a big party. Table and decorations are great. To "die for" master quarters, great view from 3 story balcony, a almost non-existent walk to beautiful (life-guarded) sandy beaches. The tricked out, high tech AV system throughout house makes this place the only place to stay! Owners are super nice people. Place is kept very clean (for us picky folks). Kids well accommodated for with sleeping arrangements, boogie boards, beach chairs etc. You will be so happy with this! We've stayed in many -this is our favorite!
