Beautiful home, and being on the boardwalk was an added plus. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our sons💙💙

Love staying in a Boardwalk Home. Pool and beach access is great, as is access to all amenities in the resort. Property management is top notch. Booking, check-in, check-out; everything was easy.

The location is unbeatable, you are steps from anything you could need. All the rooms are well apportioned, though the kitchen is a little small. The property manager, Amy, was very responsive and professional.

Our family didn't realize how much we needed a property that had it all. It was a great week w/ little planning needed to enjoy all that was available as a resource. Amy was on top of it and totally transparent as a manager!

Nice home. Mattresses on second floor need to be looked at. One with the crib. It sags

2nd summer back at 117 GP, staying with extended family. We love everything about the house, from the themed bedrooms, to the multiple full bathrooms, to the location steps from the pools, bars, grill, and beach. Not too mention, Amy is a wonderful property manager, who constantly goes above and beyond.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and spacious. Worked great for our family. Super close to beach, pools and restaurants. I just wish we had access to the kids pool on property but that’s a rule through Wild dunes. Overall would def stay again!!

Great location and property. It was a home away from home with everything provided. Amy was welcoming and hospitable. We enjoyed many things to do around the property including golf, restaurants, pools, shops, and walks on the beach!

My family and I had the best vacation and most of it had to do with this VRBO!! The house was so clean & had most of everything we needed. Amy was so helpful and was always quick to respond. I highly recommend this place!! Definitely will be back!

Amenities and beach are super convenient. We did a work from home family get together and this was a great place to gather.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family during my sister’s wedding weekend. Amy was VERY responsive and super helpful throughout the whole stay. The location was amazing being steps away from pools/beach/bar/wedding ceremony! We have already looked up when we will be coming back to stay. Until next time, Wild Dunes!

Overall we had a great stay. The house was very clean and ready when we checked in. The kids love playing on the boardwalk every day and the ability to walk anywhere, we rented a golf cart too and explored the island. Biggest downside here is the Wifi does not work on the second or third floor, with kids and trying to work some, and cell service very poor, it created a number of nuisances. Property manager replied right away and sent out tech, tech said no issues even though I sent multiple screenshots of issues from various devices, it actually got worse after he came. I know networking and this home needs to upgrade to a mesh system and change the network name/pw for better security. Only other small things were the master shower and top floor shower heads all leak about 50% and need replacing, some mattresses are nearing their end of life with big divots in the middle of some of them. Few little maintenance things that could be better taken care of and would easily give this home 5/5.

Amy was so kind and helpful walking us through each detail. Checking in was easy and stress free. The house is perfect for ten people. The cousins enjoyed their space upstairs. We loved the area. The boardwalk is so nice.

This property was wonderful. You can’t beat the location and it’s near all Wild Dunes has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again!

This home is in the perfect location with quick access to everything. The house has plenty of space for multiple people. It was clean but definitely smelled of cigarette smoke. The owner said she had not noticed it but all 6 people in my group agreed. When you first walk in each time it is kind of overwhelming. Only other problem we had was we ran out of toilet paper in 2 bathrooms within 2 days of being there and they do not supply extra so make sure you bring your own! I've never had to bring toilet paper in all the VRBO's I've stayed before so that was a first!

Location was perfect - easy access to all restaurants, pools, and beach! Amy was great to work with - quick to respond to questions and resolve any issues.

We booked this property for my bachelorette party and had an amazing trip! The home is gorgeous and perfectly located next to two pools and easy beach access! Amy was super friendly and easy to communicate with. She was quick to help with any issues.

Wonderful house. Great location. The amenities were superb. We enjoyed the restaurants, pools, the pavilion, the ice cream shop, the nightly live music and so much more. Inside the house, the furnishings were comfortable and house with nicely appointed as and every thing was very clean. The air conditioning was wonderful on all three levels. Of all the Wild Dunes residences we have rented, this was our favorite. The communication with Amy was excellent.

We take a yearly trip with our extended family to Isle of Palms, and we all agree this house was hands down our favorite of all the rentals we've booked over the years. Amazing location, steps from the pools and beach access. The pavilion/pool area also has a snack bar and a cocktail bar which is super convenient. The house itself has everything you need, every bedroom has it's own en suite which is a life saver, especially when traveling with kids. The bedrooms are comfortable and each one has it's own cute theme. The property manager is quick to respond and remedy any issues that may arise - also went out of her way to mail me a shirt I had mistakenly left behind. Would love to stay at this property again in the future.

If a cleaning service was actually used the owner should demand money back…. The floors had not been cleaned….crumbs and even small chunks of food were all over the living room area rug. Candy was even stuck to one of the pillows on the couch. The master bathroom was terrible. It really needs to be remodeled. I took photos of the shower….it had mold! The shower head had not been cleaned at all. It was disgusting. The sinks and countertops were dirty. None of the tables or nightstands had been cleaned. The master bedroom nightstand had mystery stains on the glass….so clearly it had not been cleaned. There weren’t enough towels in any of the bathrooms, and the towels that were there were super small. We had to use the larger pool towels as bath towels. The glass door going out to the porch had sticky, child-size handprints all over it. There was a filthy rug and rug pad left wadded up on the porch at the door. We had to move it to access the door. There weren’t enough chairs on the porch….only 3 chairs. We had to bring chairs from the dining room when we sat on the porch. I’ve stayed at the coral colored house across from this house and it was super clean. The only good thing I can say about the house….the linens on the beds were clean and the beds were very comfortable. It’s also a great location. I did not contact anyone upon arrival because we had all traveled long distances and just want to unpack and start our vacation. I knew if I contacted anyone it would have been ongoing text messages, etc. or someone would have been sent to clean. None of us wanted this because we all had to get unpacked and ready dinner. You just don’t want strangers in your rental once you’ve unpacked. We would have had to stay there while it was being cleaned and we had pre-arranged vacation plans. I knew I would receive an email from VRBO to rate our stay once we checked out. The bottom line is, I will never rent this house again and can’t recommend it because it was dirty. Very disappointing for that kind of money.
