We stayed at this apartment during Art Basel 2022. It was not bad, as apartments go, location was pretty good for Art Basel. It’s in a Hotel, so there were close amenities to be used, such as restaurant, pool, etc. However service was unacceptably bad, especially for the $5k/night price tag. They were not responsive even right after reservation - whatever we asked we got the same automattic canned response. After arriving there were three concierges, which we could never find. The phone in the room didn’t work. They never brought us any coffee, although we asked like a 1000 times. We ordered room cleaning for $350 which they never did. There was a sign not to throw our garbage as there would be $30 fine, but they never threw the garbage. They were never to be found when we wanted to store our luggage at leaving time. All in all pretty bad experience, with just the location as a good point. Cannot recommend at all.

While true that we were allowed into the unit a half-hour before the official check-in time, it was still in the same inexcusably filthy state at check-in time. Especially given our $5K+ per night rate, we were horrified!!! We expressed our outrage to the rental company- Luxury Rentals Miami Beach- and they had no excuse whatsoever. Someone came to clean and did a very mediocre job, but at least we could sleep there that night. A real cleaning was done the next morning. Once the unit was cleaned, we had a wonderful stay. It is a lovely unit with a gorgeous view.

Stayed here to celebrate my 30th and it was honestly just perfect. We had a beautiful view, a big place that fit the 6 of us perfectly. It was clean, but some things are fairly 'outdated' in terms of the shades, having to manually pull them down, but no biggie. Staff is friendly and the location is in a great spot. Stayed here to celebrate my 30th and it was honestly just perfect. We had a beautiful view, a big place that fit the 6 of us perfectly. It was clean, but some things are fairly 'outdated' in terms of the shades, having to manually pull them down, but no biggie. Staff is friendly and the location is in a great spot. Will definitely be staying here again!

We like the W and the decor is exceptional. Food is also good and beach and Pool are nicely serviced. It was a little crowded with spring breakers but they did a solid job under the circumstances. Only problem was they didn't let you charge meals to hotel room

Beyond our expectations! I close my eyes and I can take me back to this beautiful oceanfront residence in South Beach. We have stayed in other W Hotels (NY and LA) and this is the first time we book a privately owned residence instead of a hotel room. Luxury Rentals Miami Beach exceeded our expectations and made our experience unique! They provided excellent service and were very easy to deal with. We had a concierge assigned since we booked the unit and was available for us throughout the entire stay, which was very convenient. Oriana assisted us with grocery delivery and also making reservations in a couple of restaurants nearby. We will be back and hopefully very soon!

Luxury Rentals Miami Beach exceeded our expectations and made our experience unique! They provided excellent service and were very easy to deal with. We had a concierge assigned since we booked the unit and was available for us throughout the entire stay, which was very convenient. My Stay with LRMB
LRMB, it was great staying in your private residence at the W Hotel. The space we rented (828) was exactly as described on VRBO. The Oceanfront views were stunning! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The check in and check out were painless. Everything was just amazing. Already planning my next visit to South Beach with you. 100% recommended to everyone looking to have a unique experience.

Great view facing the ocean, huge terrace, spacious & modern suite with everything you could possibly need.
My petty gripes were living room was too hot & Bose sound system not connected to TV.
My major gripe was the hidden charges that turned the $750 per night into over $1250.

Brilliant stay
The apartment is beautiful - i had been looking for a place for two couples to stay which would have proper bedrooms for both, and this was perfect. The balcony is incredible - absolute full ocean view, and very large. We didnt cook any main meals, but the kitchen had everything we needed for making drinks, snacks, breakfast etc. The whole place was very clean and well decorated. We also took advantage of the luxury rentals concierge service to stock the fridge before we arrived and i would highly recommend this. We had a fanastic stay here and I would highly recommend it.
