I chose this property due to the proximity of the ocean and beach access. And it didn't disappoint. Our views were amazing. The beach access was a minute walk away and we swam with the turtles. We enjoyed Aiki Beach as if it was our own. We enjoyed the west side of the island. Some may not care for the location. This isn't a resort area. We found it interesting and ok. The area doesn't have restaurants per se, they do have fast food. You will see homeless camps on the beaches along the way. You will have a 25 minute drive to the Ko Olina Resort, which does have restaurants, lagoons and shopping. You will find that the lagoons will be full, full meaning the parking lot, but you can park elsewhere and walk in to the lagoons. If you are looking for a fine dining experience, the Noe restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel was outstanding. We can recommend the Dolphin Excursions Snorkel Adventure at the Waianae Boat Harbor a few minutes from the house. The TOA Luau was great. It's at the North Shore. Check it out. Go early to beat the traffic. Nice day to explore the area. We had a really good time together - family vacation with our adult children and families. Aloha!

As others have said, the regret may be we didn't spend more time hanging out at this beautiful vacation home. The ice maker froze up and a toilet flap in the master bath I am sure will be fixed shortly, because Earl was very attentive to our needs the whole trip and manages a wonderful property. It's a lot of house with a 360 patio deck looking over the grounds and the Pacific only a few yards away. We hope to come back.

My first time on Hawaii and was awesome, all of my family loves the view , neighborhood and everything was fine, definitely I will recommend and definitely I come back here!!

We loved staying here and will be back next year. We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets and whales! The home had everything we needed for our week long stay!

We really liked the house and the beach nearby which had turtles most days. Will definitely check availability the next time we are on Oahu!

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience - the house had everything we needed for a group of 7 (4 adults + 3 kids)! We loved being able to use the beach gear and towels! The area just south (Waianae) is peppered with a significant amount of encampments along the beachfront, and there isn’t a grocery store nearby - so be sure to look for a grocery store before settling in.

Stayed here twice now because of how amazing this home and location are. Earl was great as always with any questions I had. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful oceanfront and sunset view, quiet neighborhood, and relaxing - natural surroundings. Also, you don’t have to look for turtles. They’ll come to you. We enjoyed the stay.

The property is gorgeous, it does have a fabulous view of the ocean. We had a great stay.

This house is beautiful. We saw so many tropical birds and sea turtles off the back patio. There was a little beach about 1 minute's walk away where we saw more sea turtles. We would stay again. Lots of extras on hand including; a washer dryer, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.

Large home with lots of room for family. Great lanai with views from all around, north west shore. Oceanfront, sunrise. Very short walk to small sandy beach.

This house was absolutely perfect for my family and I. There was nothing that we wanted / needed that the house did not already have, it was fully stocked with everything needed from kitchen, towels, toiletries, steamer/iron and extra pillows/blankets and MORE. The listing doesn't do the house justice, it's even more beautiful in person. The beach access was just a short walk away from the house where we saw / swam with the turtles. You can also access the beach through the backyard (that's what our kids did) and it was peaceful and beautiful to just hangout at the house and bbq while watching the sunset. The home is very roomy and beautiful. It looks like it’s been updated recently and they did a spectacular job. Great place to relax and just enjoy the ocean

This is beautiful place. Communicating was excellent. The property feels very secure. However, be aware that it is located in a more local/less tourist area of the island. You will pass beaches with many tents and homeless. Also note that depending on the time of year you are there you may have to drive a little to find a beach as the waves on this side are phenomenal! Beautiful sunsets and turtles on the beach just a couple houses down. Do not go closer then 10 feet. At 6 feet a neighbor yelled from their patio to stay back. We were able to see whales from the porch. There are grocery stores and some fast food restaurants close by. Plan your drives or you will hit traffic entering Honolulu in the morning and exiting at night. The views and the peace there are stunning. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing property. Lots of room and property owner was very responsive. House was well furnished. Could be a bit cleaner and it’s a bit far from Honolulu but otherwise great experience.

The sunset views out of this property are hard to beat! Walking distance to a small sandy beach and about a mile from a larger beach. Saw sea turtles, eels and other tropical fish while snorkeling. Huge open kitchen and dining space with plenty of room for our group of 8.

Couldn't have picked a better one. A little out of the way but, very beautiful and spacious house right on the Pacific Ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the waves was very nice. We don't travel.by air very often and keeps forgetting about have our toiletries confiscated by TSA and we forgot to stop and purchase the essentials but, the house was stocked with those. We spent half our time here and the other half in hotel in the more touristy area of Oahu. Our family was pleased with our stay here.

This property was amazing! Ocean views from every angle and a local beach just steps away from the home. The beach was home to beautiful sea turtles and we snorkeled every day. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. The only problem is this place is so difficult to leave!

We had an amazing stay at this home. The home was very comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room. A short walk to an amazing beach. Saw turtles and the sea lions swimming in the ocean. The drive to a Costco was only less than 30 minutes away. My family and I lived the place and are looking forward to coming back to make more memories in the house. Mahalo Earl. Fabulous property just around the corner from a lovely beach. The property was everything we could have wished for and the host Eric was quick to respond to the only query we had. Couldn't fault anything about the property or the location

Check in was a breeze. Property surpassed the pictures. Place was clean. All the amenities needed were available (beach towels, coffee pods, laundry pods, seasoning for cooking). The small beach entrance is spectacular, we saw about 5 turtles sunbathing and they entered the water where we went to swim. This was the best day of of our whole entire Hawaii vacation and we’d definitely return to visit and stay here again!

The neighborhood was quiet. The house had an excellent wraparound balcony with great ocean views. The AC units worked great. Overall the house was clean and as listed. We found the balcony deck floors to be rather dirty which did make it harder to keep feet and floors we clean. Luckily there was a hose available outside to spray everything down which did help.

Everything was perfect. Awesome house with everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing beach vacation!

My family and I loved our stay at this property. It has everything you need to spend the best vacation on this quiet side of Oahu. The views are absolutely amazing, I loved spending time on the lanai. It was also very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I hope to be able to come back to Oahu and would definitively stay here again!

This place is better than the pictures can depict. The rooms are large and have big beds. The room that has two beds in it are two full size or maybe even queen beds. The masterbed has a cute little day bed at the end that is a pull out bed. Good for small children. But the ocean view and it being right in your back yard is amazing! There is a beach that is three houses down and I have to say, I wish we wouldve spent more time there. The sunsets were absolutely amazing and all of the turtles go there to sleep! Honestly, couldnt say better things about this place. Earl was very attentive and responded quickly. The house has everything you need including a kayak, bike, snorkels and other various beach items. I give this place a 10/10!

We came here with family and friends and absolutely loved the house. It’s located on the rock side of the water and a one minute walk up the road to Aki’s Beach where we swam with the sea turtles. House was nice and clean, and provided everything we needed for our trip. Definitely recommend!
