This is our second time staying at this property. It isn’t as well kept as it was a couple years ago. Refrigerator and stove were unclean. We needed more laundry detergent to do our towels. The screen is tore to deck. Could use some updating. We do love the area and will be back.

Our family.has come Purgatory to ski for the last 31 years. We have stayed at every location on the mountain This condo is large, well stocked, with unmatched convenience to lifts, and the best view of the ski area on the mountain. We will definitely stay her again!!

We rented the condo for 4 nights and couldn’t use the hot tub first half of our stay due to chemicals needing to be changed. Dishes were dirty (dried wine in wine glasses, dried food on spatulas, the oven was terribly dirty, bathroom counters not clean, many many lights out in the condo, laundry was still in the dryer from previous guests, very worn out place and difficult to deal with logistical things regarding the condo because Purg Village would tell us to talk to the owner and owner told us to talk to Purg Village.

Only two drawbacks are WiFi was super slow (which may not have anything to do with the condo but the lodge) and the vent fan over the microwave did not vent well. Easy to set off fire alarm if you're cooking a lot of bacon. Used a fan we had brought and opened the back door/windows to keep it from going off. Definitely booking this one again though.

A special key card is required to access the “pinnacle level” which gives these rooms a very exclusive feel. Our group rented 507 and 505 through VRC. These rooms are massive and have amazing views. Once you go down the elevator, you are steps from the ski lift... this might be the easiest ski-in/ski-out condo I have ever stayed in. We also utilized Purgy’s restaurant and the pool/hot tub that is located right in purgatory lodge. It was very convenient to not have to leave the warmth of the building to get to dining and entertainment. We were also thankful for the huge heated garage with 2 large parking spaces for each of our rooms. Purgatory mountain is a hidden jewel. Even on a few of the “fresh powder days”, lift lines were non-existent. Our group skied run after run without any lift line delays... after skiing several other resorts in the last few years, being able to ski without the delay of long lift lines was amazing. Although we didn’t have our kids on this trip, I think this is an amazing family ski resort. Kids under 12 “ski free” and the beginner slope is ideal for new skiers. Without a doubt, the 5th floor “pinnacle” rooms are the best place to stay and ski in Colorado. I’ve found my favorite place in Colorado and can’t wait to come back.
