We have rented many times for various vacation. This is one of the best rental! It is lake view property, with large property, hot tub, barbecue, and fire pit! 4 bedrooms with comfortable bed and bedding, extra blanket, towel for bath and Hottub. The lake is a bit low but you can still enjoy the view and access the lake. Marina and shops are close by. Beautiful location, lots to do, horseback riding, many trails to Hike, lake activity, a few solid dining places (get reservations and except wait). The company wore ring was very responsive even with questions during our stay over weekend day! The kitchen is well stocked (it would be nice to have more basic pantry supplies), the place was pretty clean, we may be back! Great to share for 2 family with kids! Our tennis and her friend has a blast! Be sure to pack game board nice long dining table to play!

We had an excellent time at this location. The location was beautiful, with tons of deer running around at night. Space was well decorated and comfortable for all. We will definately visit here again.

This was by far the best vacation home we have stayed at in the Texas Hill Country, specifically Canyon Lake area. Perfect for multiple families, plenty of room to hang out, cook and or grill; play games inside and out; great fire pit; and a very short walk to lakes edge. The view was gorgeous. Management was great and responded very quickly to our questions. The house is beautiful with new furnishings. It was clean, decorated cute and very comfortable. They thought of every detail. The kitchen has nice pots, pans, appliances, really just about anything you'd need. We highly recommend.

Even though we couldn't get in the lake because the water level was so low, it was still a great place to gather the family and enjoy time together.

This house was perfect for us. We had 4 couples so everyone had plenty of space. Our favorite part was renting a boat for the day!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Canyon Cove. It was exactly as presented and well thought out for comfort and convenience. We particularly enjoyed the wildlife passing through in the early mornings and evenings. We would definitely return. The four bedrooms were perfect for

Myself and my team of 6 other administrators stayed at this lakeside home for a few days in mid July. Everything was super clean and ready for use. Great AC, very comfortable furniture, great appliances. We definitely made use of the grill, basketball hoop and cornhole set! Thanks for a great time.

The property was lovely, the scenery, the waterfront, hot tub and bonfire were all AMAZING. The rooms were tidy and clean, spacious and comfortable. The newly renovated house was cozy and the vibes were cute! I didn't want to leave!! I highly recommend this house if you're someone who enjoys views and if you're someone who has a boat to launch from the marina

The house, property, and view were all beyond amazing. The home was stocked with essentials plus a little extra and was very clean and well maintained. We were hoping the water was going to be a bit more swimmable but with the grass/seaweed, it wasn't. We didn't let this deter us and we ended up floating the River 20 mins away. This weekend was exactly what us and our friends needed! We will be back!

Great and beautiful home! Very peaceful. Wish we had brought our bathing suits to enjoy the hot tub. Do bring your own ground coffee & filters if you're staying more than 2 days. Loved that the house was decorated for the holidays. Would definitely return here again. Perfect for our group of 6.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the the property, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The property is very clean, beautifully maintained, with an outdoor deck, really big backyard, and a fire pit all of which we enjoyed. Deer are plenty and roam around in this area.
We were 6 people and there were 2 bathrooms for the 4 bedrooms. This was only a minor issue, however, and didn't detract too much from our overall enjoyment of the property.
In conclusion, I would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing canyon lake/hill country getaway.

The house was immaculate and the property was terrific. Unfortunately there kitchen was very poorly supplied as there was no glassware or wineglasses. There were a few plastic tumblers and some mugs that was all. This was a very big disappointment. Considering we were having/hosting Thanksgiving there this was not OK. My husband actually drove to town to try to buy wineglasses (but couldn't find any). Possibly this was driven by the owner fearing glass in the hot tub but suffice it to say as responsible adults we would never consider using glass near a hot tub and never have we stayed in a VRBO with a pool/spa that doesn't have glassware. Also the gas fireplace was disabled with a sign saying it was not for guest use. This should have been disclosed. There were a few cold days and turning on the fireplace was an option we expected especially given the premium rate we were paying. The hot tub/spa was wonderful however with only a few more towels supplied than guests (we are a family of 4) we were left to dry off with our damp shower towels as there was not a generous enough supply of additional towels or pool towels. The upstairs deck is excellent we made great use of it an enjoyed the view.

Rented this house for the weekend and had a great time. Enjoyed the hot tub and the wildlife. There was a burn ban so we didn't get to enjoy the firepit like we had hoped. The house is beautiful.

This property is gorgeous, had everything we needed, great location. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The hot tub was awesome and watching the deer from the porch was so fun. We would definitely recommend this house.

Great Relaxing Place
Perfect for a family gathering. The Lake is a little distance from the property with rocky beach but bring shoes and you can even drive to the lake for people who would not want to walk. Great property with calming views. Great kitchen and even toss the bean bag toys for everyone in the garage to use. Wonderful.

The Canyon Cove property is a large, clean and modern lake house that has everything you need for a fun family or group vacation. Large, well-stocked kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, and fantastic views of Canyon Lake with a western view providing stunning sunsets. Nice patios upstairs and downstairs, a large grill and big garage and driveway with a basketball court along with a nice lake shoreline provide everything you need to have a great time. An outdoor sitting area with a firepit to view the stars at night provides great after-dinner fun. We loved the place and will be going back on a regular basis with our family.

Clean, beautiful, comfortable, great indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and beautiful views. Updated kitchen, but if you're planning on serious cooking, you might consider bringing a few cooking utensils and mixing bowls.. Would highly recommend this property for anyone and a lovely time was had by all.

Wonderful Waterfront Home
Beautiful four bedroom home on Canyon Lake. Quiet neighborhood. Large living area and kitchen. Enjoyed the upper deck watching the sunset. Not too far from Austin and San Antonio. Lots of deer and birds in the area. The lake is beautiful! Highly recommend!

Stayed in October
This house is so cute and on the perfect lot! The view is gorgeous and we loved having coffee on the upstairs balcony! We used the fire pit at night and got in the water during the day. Would stay again :)

Quiet Getaway
An amazing experience on a great property. The house has been completely renovated with a welcoming layout which includes lake sunset views from both floors. There is no traffic or noise, so we were able to fully relax, swim in the lake, have a camp fire, bbq, and spend time together without interruption. I wish we could stay permanently.

The only thing that caught us a little off guard was that the upstairs balcony was only accessible through the second king bed bedroom. That wasn’t ideal for us but not something we couldn’t adjust too. Would definitely stay again. Thanks.
