The internet was spotty so my husband had to use his hot spot on his phone to work and my college kids had to use it too for tests and projects. Also the laundry room is outside in a small room under the house. Fixtures could use updating. Overall I would stay here again. Just be prepared for those things if you work from home. Great house overall!

There is no other public access or other house behind it that has access directly in front. There's only one house behind the row of houses that is in this area. In the middle of June, the beach is not crowded at all because of this. The house is nice. It's been redone recently with new carpet, bathroom, and paint. However, curiously they made some choices not to do some relatively cheap cosmetic fixes like replacing the 1970s era bathroom fixtures, replacing rusting air vents, and replacing faded and old looking light switch covers. Overall house is clean and well kept.Our main issue with our stay was with SunCoast. While we were on the island, a large storm came through that knocked out the water pressure to the island for several hours. After the water pressure went down, a boil water advisory was set for the entire island. We had no communication about this from SunCoast. The only way we found out about this was through a St. George Island Facebook group and from family members that were staying with a Collins rental. Collins informed our family members right away and also checked in on the guests to make sure there was no damage from the 60 mph winds that came through with the storm. SunCoast did not have the safety of their guests in mind and never heard from them the entire time.

Suncoast has been EXCELLENT to rent through. The house is always clean and well maintained. There have only been a few minor issues that have been resolved. It is not a big house but it is a perfect size for us and being right on the beach makes it so much nicer! We will happily continue to rent MBH through Suncoast!

SunCoast made our changes in dates incredibly smooth. They were more than accommodating with multiple rescheduling and the apprehension with Covid. My Blue Heaven was indeed Heaven for us that week! When we arrived, we heard a loud banging from the laundry room outside, and come to find out a rug that was washing unbalanced and the drum came detached from the washer. I called the office, a member of the cleaning team arrived and said the appliance man would be here the next working day. He came, he fixed, all was good! Thank you for a greatly needed vacation week!

We were very comfortable in the living space. There were almost no bugs around when we were there, nonetheless we enjoyed the screened in porch. This is not a new dwelling, but it is in very good shape and certainly a comfortable one. For the most part, it had what we needed, beyond a few very minor considerations. We got what we wanted and needed from our stay here in an easy place to be.

The experience was spoiled by the constantly barking dogs next door, but overall we had a great time. The kitchen could use some more task lighting. We borrowed a lamp from a bedroom and made it work. You also have to watch the 4th step coming up from the bottom (the tread height is different), therefore it is a tripping hazard! We definitely would stay here again
