Our family has stayed at this gorgeous property twice. The views are absolutely incredible and the home is well appointed and comfortable. Unfortunately, my family got stuck in the elevator on our last night. Huge shout out to Ralph from Vacasa security that went above and beyond to help. Also, Jeff from Atlas Elevator responded very quickly.

This house is definitely beautiful & in an amazing location. However, for what we paid, there were a few things lacking; 2 sets of blinds in the dining room wouldn’t open (the blinds are on a switch). The water temp for bathing was incredibly low to the point that in order to utilize the jacuzzi tub we had to boil pots of water on the stove as the water was coming out ice cold. (The faucet handle was barely hanging on). My husband went out to the water heater to see if it was turned down but the dial was too corroded to read clearly. The garbage disposal did not work until again my husband decided to investigate & hit the reset button. The bbq propane tank that was hooked up ran out in the middle of us cooking but thankfully we were able to find a tank in the garage as the 2 out on the patio were empty. The elevator was also out of order. Not that it was an immediate need but I assume that this amenity is added into the price that we paid. With all the being said, I would stay here again. Out of all the things I’ve listed, I would hope that the tub would be fixed as this was a major selling point for us.

Home was beautiful lay out was very nice and roomy. But after looking further into the cleanliness and the sheets do not look as if they had gotten changed or cleaned they still had sand and a couple of spots that show that they were not washed we even found a couple of wrappers under the comforter from some chewing gum and also sunflower seeds. Also the Neigbors we’re very loud you can hear everything from downstairs also took over our garage parking spot management said they’d call and get it back for us but never did so we had to park in the grass along the the side of the house the whole time. Beautiful view tho that’s about it.

We stayed at this house last year and loved it just as much. Very roomy and has everything we needed. There was a few items that we addressed with the management company who always respond right away. There was a few blinds that we couldn't seem to get to work. But overall an amazing house with wonderful people.

All around beautiful vacation property! Very well appointed & the location is perfect.

Three couples stayed here and it was just perfect. Although we never cooked, the kitchen was fully loaded with everything we could ever need. The views were incredible and it was so close to the ocean. Also within walking distance to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Bring binoculars - there are dolphins swimming out there.

Unit was very nice, all kitchen dishes, utensils etc. were stocked as well as spices. Comfortable bedding and living room furniture. Would rent again.

Pros -Gorgeous views, as pictured, well stocked, comfy beds, pillows & bed linens, great location. Vacasa/710 Team very responsive when needed & easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again! Cons - Toilet paper holder in MB needs to be replaced as doesn’t stay locked & TP roll constantly falling off. Tub in MB not available for use (no jets or hot water) & maybe time to replace all bath towels in unit -getting old & rough.

The kitchen was fully-equipped and living/dining room set-up was stunning with the backdrop of the ocean and large sliding doors offering breeze and panoramic views - exceeding all our expectations! Beach towels, chairs and boogie boards were also available for use which we enjoyed every day! There were a couple areas of maintenance that need attention - some blinds were inoperable, there were missing cabinet pulls and couple of fixtures in one of the bathrooms need attention, and the cleaning crew could have done more thorough overall cleaning. Property management was responsive when we were unable to access the unit at check-in. Great property! Fun way to spend time with family!!

LOVED the articulating sliding doors and windows. Location was amazing! Garage door code stopped working. Had to tape towels to the windows where the shades didn’t cover the master bedroom.

We had the doors open almost our entire stay, it really makes you feel like you aren’t just at the beach you were in it. Kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, rooms and beds are all so comfortable.

Wonderful location with beautiful views and sunsets. The home was well equipped and had anything you would need. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Way better than the pics. Get ready to be wowed. Close to restaurants and who needs a car when you can just walk, walk on the beach. The house amenities is on point. Don't buy any pots and pans. State of the Art everything. Enjoy

My family and I sincerely enjoyed our stay! I had to work a few mornings while on vacation. However, it was nice to open all of the windows at the breakfast bar with my morning coffee, and take in the sounds of the ocean while working. The property is done well, with all of the right accommodations for your stay. I would definitely book another stay!

Great place!

Beautiful apartment, clean and reflecting exactly what picture were showing. Great value for outstanding house and location. Service outstanding; messaging back within 5 min! 710 it is from now for any vacation I will be deciding on.

The location and the 2nd floor unit were ideal. There were only two of us in the 1500 ft. sq. unit that sleeps six comfortably so we had plenty of room. The apartment and property are bright, beautiful and clean, which we truly appreciate, but there were areas of neglect that indicated preventive maintenance is ignored (e.g., showers turning cold then hot then cold again, lights flickering due to overloaded circuits, bath basin faucet loose at base, dishwasher rack parts falling apart, kitchen light lens fell off, torn blind, bathroom cabinet door glass missing, loose wire hanging from ceiling, outlet cover missing, bulb missing, stain or damage on throw, and small paint touch-up needed). All arrangements are made by text that were answered quickly. The property manual is only online and you should definitely reference it especially for entry information (the deadbolt is tricky but the directions by the front entry are very useful). We reported one small maintenance issue that was responded to within the hour. We reported one significant maintenance issue that took multiple responders five days to repair during our nine-night stay. We hope our experience has been helpful for your property search.

The property is in the perfect location. Steps away from the beach. Well stocked rental with great views. Gorgeous evening sunsets.

Family had a great time in SD...House was generally as advertised. Fridge was broken and had to use a small back-up in the unit for the week! Front door handle broken and was a bit of a hassle and carpets should probably get replaced soon.. Otherwise the family was happy and had a great time!

We just had the most amazing stay at OSTEND2. The 710 team has the kitchen beautifully stocked with all the right dish ware, and as we were having a private chef come cook for a birthday dinner...it was well appreciated! Not a single complaint!

Great location, amazing service and stunning views! My family and I loved this home and had a great time cooking with the ocean views and walking along the boardwalk. We will definitely be back!

This home was the perfect spot for my family! We've been stuck at home since the start of COVID and this was the perfect way to start traveling again. The 710 staff was friendly and helpful answering all of our questions. The huge kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner every night, that was super helpful because my kids are picky eaters. The front door is a little tricky to lock/unlock but we eventually figured it out. By far the best part of the home is the views! You can't stay any closer to the ocean without sleeping on the sand. We're already planning our next trip back!

Awesome views! We got groceries delivered and walked to dinner a few nights so never had to get in the car after check-in. What a treat! 710 was friendly and easy to work with. We loved this home!

Clean, well-appointed, great location. We had an issue with the front door our first day but management came to fix it right away. No issues after that. We'll be back.
