Location Location Location. ONsite staff was beyond helpful.

Unfortunately I came in through Booking.com via an ARIBNB property on their site. I had to jump through hoops just to get into my unit

Location and View

Picking Up room keys was a big hassle. Poor directions from condo owner. Went to hotel and turned away with no reservation. Had to leave hotel, drive across AC to a closed real estate office (at night) then worked a lock box to secure keys, then back to hotel.

I loved the location of Atlantic palace because of where we were on the boardwalk . I loved the view from our room. Both dawn and dusk were amazing to witness from our room. Our room was a pleasant size for two people. The staff that worked at the hotel were nice, welcoming , and helpful when we needed them. I liked that everything was clean and that it was easy to get to a breakfast spot they had on the first floor that led to the boardwalk. We were super close to the beach as well. My favorite highlight was being able to watch the ferris wheel from my window at night.

Checking in was the worst. The instructions the host gave were not clear and concise. because it was a airbnb type of rental the actual hotel staff couldn't help us with check in we had to call booking.com cause the number in our invoice for the host was out of service. We then discovered that we had to pick up the key at a whole other location which was about 15 min away from the hotel if you were driving. when picking up the key we were given 2 different room numbers but the staff at the pick up desk verified our room number and we were able to go back to the Atlantic palace and go to our rooms. The room, while it was clean,spacious and had a great view,just had a few things wrong with its amenities. our coffee machine leaked water and the sink seemed to be clogged.

I liked the location and view.

The unit was not swept at all! Floors were very dirty. There were very little toiletries. There were no cloths to wash dishes with. There was no shampoo, soap to wash with, or conditioner. Minimal pots and pans to cook with. No silverware or iron. The curtains were off track and badly wrinkled. The worst part of the entire trip was the check-in. Keys are located in a very unsafe area and were difficult to retrieve. Thank God someone was with me. Then when we arrived at the hotel, our reservation had not been sent in! Then we were told our room was on the 16th floor, when we tried the key it did not work. Our room was on the 18th floor!!!! Thank God no one was in that first room as we were trying to get the key to work! What a horrible beginning! The water for the shower never got past lukewarm, if that. The water pressure for the shower was very low past cold! The sink water was hot though. Then the cable went out on the last night! Not a great experience at all!
