Excellent location in the heart of the shopping area. Good sized house and bedrooms . Decorated to a high standard . There were some issues that need addressing but will feedback to host .

Location was brilliant and close to all amenities. House great and very well and thoughtfully equipped with everything - internet Tv with sky prime and Netflix - USB ports also.

Everything great and clean but too much conditioner on towels and bed linen - so much conditioner on towels that it was difficult to get dry after a shower! ( Hope this is taken as constructive ) Also thought it was unusual to be asked to strip our own beds on departure.

The home was clean comfortable and lovely even had milk and tea & coffee on arrival would highly recommend

What a wonderful place to stay, perfect location, close to the beach and all the amenities. Very comfortable and homely feel about the house, excellent sea views from two of the bedrooms. Everything and more that you would need in the kitchen, great extras such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc. I would highly recommend this to anyone and we will be back. Thank you

Parking is the only issue, it was great for us in December but summer would be difficult, having said that it is well worth this small inconvenience.

Everything, it was fantastic.

Only the parking.

Great location as it was within walking distance to the beach with lots around such as a Tesco which was handy for essentials. There were also quite a few pubs and restaurants. We ordered a takeaway from the Indian over the road and the food was excellent. The property was clean and very cosy, it looked much better than the photos and was a home from home with everything we needed during our stay.

There was no parking outside the property, except for an hour for loading which was helpful, however there was limited spaces and it got quite busy there. There was however overnight parking a short walk away and as we stayed in winter months it was free to park, however it is £9 per night in high season.

Comfortable and clean and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.

1. Limited daytime parking. 2. Complicated oven for us feeble minded octogenarians ! An instruction handbook would have been useful. As it was we had to make do with a microwave meal on the first night before your helpful employee eventually sussed it for us the following day.

It was a little expensive for a 2 night stay, as we were attending a wedding we had no option other than paying the fee, also no parking.

A home away from home. The place was very nice and very clean. We love the decors and the small details they put into the house to make our stay enjoyable😊 The beach is within walking distance, and The curry house across the road serves delicious food. There's a Chinese takeaway which we enjoyed and a fish and chips shop.

Nicely decorated with modern facilities in a great location.

A few maintenance issues need sorting particularly the handrail on the stairs that was hanging off. Very dangerous. Described as three bathrooms but one was only a w/c. Too many messages received from host whilst on holiday.

Location good. Easily get to beach and restaurants . Shopping just round the corner, very useful. Cleanliness. All new and freshly decorated , it was lovely.

Very noisy seagulls All night!!!! Ha! Ha! The attic bedroom desperately needs a blind. Early morning sun shines in your eyes from 4 pm!!!!! Right in your eyes..... Didn't get a lot of sleep which spoiled our stay a little!!!!

Nothing really, sink in en-suite a bit small but that’s personal opinion! Big light in main room kept flickering so turned it off, not sure if bulb was just going.

The oven hob bewildered us all- couldn’t get it to work and we all had a concerted try. Appreciated biscuits and milk and tea on arrival and general smartness of decor…original and new. Would have appreciated a coffee pot or caftiere. Also foil and kitchen roll and no replacement swing bin liners in the kitchen. Apart from the main bathroom sink the other two sinks impractical because of the small size. Rather depressing backyard; could’ve been smartened up somehow with maybe painting here and there.
