Very impressive property with fabulous views across the bay to St. Michael’s Mount. (From all the front facing windows!) Very spacious. Accommodated our party of 7 adults with ease. Very comfortable beds. Warm - heating was left on and didn’t need to touch it.

Access is a bit tricky to park in the single parking space off the narrow steep access road and steep steps up to the house. But is more than compensated by the ‘WOW’ factor when you open the front door! (Without the steep access you wouldn’t have the views) One thing to watch is the step down from the kitchen to the dining area.

good location. may be slightly tricky to park for some. but reserved and own space. spacious. good facilities.

the front door has no internal lock so felt slightly vulnerable. middle floor shared bathroom lock faulty and falls off and you may get locked in if your on your own. needs someone to open from the outside to let you out !! (major issue ). the shower handle in the same bathroom also faulty and falls off.
