The breakfast was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed not having to bring or get provisions. We loved the location, it was nice to walk to the local cafe/restaurant which is amazing!

The single beds would be much improved with a mattress topper. We found them a bit firm. It would also be nice to have a small table between the beds.

Nothing really. but a strong smell of cleaning fluids when we entered. A bit toxic smelling.

Breakfast supplies were a lovely treat, and the full bottle of milk a very handy size for us. Loved the cereal provided. The happy face flag was a helpful touch too.

Nice and clean. Well set up kitchen. Breakfast supplies. A nice range of herbal teas. Washing machine and a drying rack. Board games and books. Across the road from the swimming beach. Carol was very helpful when we left something that had slid behind the bed - she has kindly sent it on to us.

Great 2 bedroom retro styled apartment with all you could reasonably need. Close to beach and Citadel Cafe/Restaurant. Short (10min) drive into central Whanganui.

Carol is an exceptional hostess, LE RIVA was a gorgeous home away from home and everything about our stay was just perfect! Loved it and would stay again for sure!

Great location. Super close to Castlecliff. There was enough parking for 2 cars. I liked the facilities and selection of breakfast options too. I'll definitely be back!

When it was windy the neighbour's gate down the right of the property was banging in the wind. A very minor noise.

Beautiful and quiet location Very comfortable feels like home. There is everything provided what we need.

There are some water left in the kettle and was some dirt inside.

Everything! Such a gorgeous spot, close to where we needed to be for the event we traveled to Whanganui for. Helpful information given at the accommodation made it really easy for us to find great places to eat and explore. We will definitely book here again! Love the decor - so lovely. Really appreciated the breakfast and chocolate bikkies left for us as well. We had everything we needed, and more!

It was a perfect setup and was suitable for what we needed and wanted. It was private,tidy, warm and cosy. It’s just a minutes walk to the beach and kids play ground
