Very clean and serene place. Dedicated staff

Many things happened which I informed the staff with. The staff was nice, the pool was great and the room had beautiful wood furniture.

The breakfast is not what I call a breakfast, there is not even real coffee served, they just gave à Nescafé dissolving powder… plus, there are roosters in the neighborhood who make noise every 10/15 min so I really don’t know how the locals can sleep with those around but I was not able. I’m sorry for this comment because the staff was nice but it was really not up to my standards.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Accra. Close to the aiport and the University of Ghana (Legon), it is extremely comfortable and clean. The staff are fantastic. I self-catered as the kitchen facilities are good. The pool is lovely to use. I highly recommend staying here.

This place is a disaster in the boom ducks of Accra, it is in the middle of no where, extremely hard to reach with unpaved roads in this neighborhood. The nearest restaurant or super market is like 5 miles away , the place doesn't have a restaurant, yet they charge $120 to $175 per night, for what m not sure exactly! they list their rooms as one bedroom apartment, and when you get there,, you end up staying in a Studio which they claim as a deluxe studio. I had spent hours explaining to them what a one bedroom apartment means, but still ended in a Studio for $120 a night, they claimed that includes breakfast which was a joke, serial and a smear of jam. They only provide with a bottle of water upon your arrival on your first day, then they charge you.. Totally amateur, badly managed property, they make you feel like you were living in the streets before you found them.

They only accept cash payments, and when you give them dollars,, they don't have your change in dollars,, they will convert it to GHS at an extremely low price, the rates were 7.95 at the time, they changed at 7.2. when I insisted to get my change in dollars, they made me write and sign an acknowledgement that I received $70. from them. Then when I asked for a receipt they did not want to provide any,, then asked me to provide an email so they would email my receipt. when I insisted and argued they gave me a hand written receipt.
