The apartment is very spacious, lots storage places, big living room n also two toilets with washer n dryer in the apartment

Parking, we got the QR code but was not able to use during exit n was stuck for almost 15 mind in the gantry barrier. Also the direction for parking was not very clear that we could park at residence lots.

Great location, very safe and secure. The place is very clean and updated!

Loved everything about the property. It was clean, spacious and comfy. The laundry facilities really came in handy. Would love to come back and stay again.

Our room keys did not work. Apparently everyone had the same issue. The problem was resolved on the second of our 3 day trip. We needed to be let into our room by staff, every time we returned to the hotel. On the last day we received a notification that the water was being shut off for the whole building from 9-11pm. This too was an inconvenience. We are waiting to hear back from them concerning these two incidents.

There was a problem with the card lock system for a full day. Parking app didn’t work But the Manager Benjamin came through and gave us one night free and free parking

Location is fantastic, parking is secure and easy. Love the elevators and the safety of the entire building.

Nothing at all

Location was great. Food outside your door and a street full of trendy bars and restaurants is around the corner. You have so much space! I was visiting town with an old friend so we came back early and hung out in the living room. It was like being in a super stylish home instead of a hotel. It worked out so well for us. The bedrooms were cozy and dark. Great for sleeping with beautiful bathrooms and nice toiletries!

The parking garage is awkward. They want you to park on a floor that's locked for guests but we arrived before check in and could not access it. We just wanted to put our stuff down so we could explore the city. We came back to move our car and we had to leave the lot and drive all the way around the block in heavy traffic to get into the locked floor of the garage. It was inconvenient. I would have rather kept my car on the bottom floor. They accidentally put us in a room that was already occupied but remedied it quickly and were very apologetic. No big deal, accidents happen. The staff was great. The heat kept kicking on at night so it was a bit warm. I kept getting up to turn it down.

A great location. Less than 15 min walk to Guardians game, Browns stadium, Rock Hall of Fame. A nice restaurant area one minute from the hotel.

Up all night due to street nose. Drag racing, yelling. Windows need to be sound proof. Also, the unit had a smell of rotten eggs.

Absolutely loved the property. Me and my girlfriend stayed two nights and didn’t want to leave! The staff is friendly and being walking distance to all the cool spots downtown is a huge plus. We’ll only be staying here from now on when in the city.

There isn’t much to complain about at all. The layout of the building itself is a little confusing but you catch on fast.

I stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment with a living room/dining area. There were tvs in each bedroom and the living room. There was a full kitchen and a washer dryer. There was laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, plates, glasses, pots, pans utensils, knives, and paper towels. They supplied everything for the kitchen except food. The apartments are in the old May's department store. The ceilings are very high. They did a super job of repurposing the building. There is a rooftop with gas grills you can use and gas fireplaces to sit around. There is another rooftop area with Cornhole and other games on astroturf plus more gas fireplaces to sit around. They have complimentary bike rentals and a gym. There is a garage downstairs with charging for EVs. I stayed there to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame which was within walking distance. There's also a huge casino across the street.
