This is a lovely little property, it was clean and warm on arrival. There was a PlayStation and lots of games for the kids. The fireplace had plenty of kindling and wood. There is parking for 1 vehicle off the street.

There is a water leak in the hallway so the carpet is wet. The front door needs a little maintenance as it does not close properly. The linen is an extra charge but you still need to make all the beds yourself, and some of the supplied linen was stained and should be disposed of. We had some communication problems and did not get the door access code until very late. There is no coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper etc supplied.

well equipped kitchen, good heating and plenty of hot water. Bunk room with a separate TV and games console was a hit.

Bus stop to Hotham right outside your door!

Property was clean and tidy. We all enjoy our stay.

Didn’t have wifi. It will be grate if they could provide BBQ.

House was clean and warm.

Downstairs toilet had a sewage smell and upstairs bed mattress was uncomfortable.
