Firstly, i was notified upon arrival that the room i booked was unavailable. I was given a double room, when i booked an apartment. The doubles room was clean and presentable. I stayed one night in the double room. The next morning, we were moved into the apartment. This is were the TROUBLE began. (See the photos for visual). We walked into a dirty apartment when a horrible smell. There were kids handprints on the walls, stained couch and the front window was taped. The AC stained the wall with mold from the water it leaks, The bedroom curtain was fall apart, and the sinks were crawling with ants. We went downstairs to leave IMMEDIATELY! We returned the key and was offered a new room. We viewed the room and it was just as disgusting! See the video and pictures for yourself. We left and contacted booking. The hotel refused to refund any amount. They claim i left without telling anyone and offered me 2500 INR…. I PAID 17000 INR and I turned my key into the receptionist! The receptionist knew the problem and offered a new room! So, i didn’t not unknowingly leave. This place made my trip stressful and i do not recommend. DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE. 200 USD LOSS

Clean and new facilities, definitely worth the price! Room had a comfortable bed with nice A/C in the room. Nice bathroom as well. The staff is exceptional! Super friendly and helpful! I liked the location, you can find all you need outside the hotel and it’s just a couple of kilometers to MG Road if you like the bursting and vibrant Indian city vibe.

Can be a little noisy from the outside so earplugs might come in handy.

Nothing. Waste of money.

Not much safer place. Balcony that have view from another buildings. And at night they can easy see to room from outside. Then when it's rain. The water flows from outside to inside. Very disappointed. I take room for 1650 and it's not a room for worth it.

We took one 1bhk studio apartment and a suite room. Had to pay almost 5K for one night. Room was clean and spacious, but there were no other amenities like stove in the studio apartment. Too expensive

Well, the room was very clean and tidy and it's comfortable to access all the locations from the hotel :)
