Neu, Modern, sauber! Das beste an allen ist das freundliche Personal! Besonders muss ich die nette Kellnerin erwähnen, Sie ist eine Bereicherung für dieses schöne Hotel. Die Köchen/Koch in den Hotel Restaurant ferdint auch lob, da das Essen köstlich war und die Preise sehr angemessen.

Vielleicht der lerm von der Industriezone hinter dem Hotel, sonnst nichts.

Lage kurze Fahrt mit dem Auto zur Altstadt

Hellhörig, lärmig, laute Musik. Strassenlärm auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Stark befahrene Strasse. Frühstück findet in einem Raum ohne Fenster statt, gar nicht schön. Duschkabinentür defekt, mussten uns durch eine 40cm Türe drängen. Auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne wert. Hotelpersonal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Hat auch geholfen die Koffer auszuladen. Da kann ch nichts negatives finden.

Der receptionist war sehr sehr hilfsbereit hat uns gleich alles erklärt und uns mit den Koffern geholfen obwohl wir sagten, dass wir diese auch alleine tragen könnten. Das Zimmer sehr luxuriös und für den Preis eigentlich schon wirklich unglaublich. Es war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war auch umfangreich!

Das Hotel ist mit dem navi nicht zu finden, somit mussten wir einheimische Fragen. Man könnte eine Info zur Buchungsbestätigung anfügen die den Weg etwas erklärt, dass vereinfacht den Gästen das Hotel zu finden.

Far away from town. Right on the busy crossroad.

The hotel is new, clean and in a great location, the staff are very helpful and pleasant to communicate with.

Free parking. Supermarket is just 1 minute away. Coffee and tea facilities in room.

Location is 10 mins by car from the old town. A small hotel, rooms were small for Mostar standard although it is 4 stars. Does not have additional facilities such as fitness centre or pool, and the level of service also does not seem like 4 stars. There are tons of stray dogs around the hotel barking nonstop all night. If you are a light sleeper, do consider this. Have stayed in better hotels in Mostar for this price range.

Good location if you want to see Blagaj or Medzugorje after Mostar. New, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, excellent coffee.

Clean, new looking, comfortable hotel. There is a restaurant that is open till 11pm. Great food, reasonable prices. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. They helped us with laundry, which was a life saver. Super convenient, has free parking if you come with a car. There are supermarkets close by away from the city center so that was also nice. All in all was a nice stay.

These have nothing to do with the hotel per se, but good to keep in mind: 1- The hotel is 3km away from the old bridge, but there is no pavement to walk, so you need a vehicle. 2- At the time of writing, smoking indoors in Bosnia appeared to be legal. Dining indoors is really hard as nonsmokers. You also end up reeking like smoke since there are usually no open windows. Plan accordingly. 3- Before May there is no AC. The central system keeps rooms room temp and if you fiddle with the unit you get hot air blasted. Learn from our mistake. Enjoy the room temp :)

Huge balcony and the comfortable room. Bar and resto Carpe Diem in a lobby has a great offer.

It is hard to open shower cabine and the breakfast organization is not very good. The hotel restaurant on first floor was too messy.
