breakfast could be improved. it was the standard fare, but eggs were not fantastic. there also were a bunch of drunk, rowdy guests.

The continental breakfast was exceptional.We had family and friends staying there for a wedding, that was down the road about 7 miles, and after the wedding we enjoyed visiting with them in the lobby everything worked out very nice. The staff was very nice and accommodating

Honestly? Everything was incredible- the staff were all super friendly, the breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel itself was great.

Appalling that EVERYTHING at breakfast is in single-serving, throwaway packaging and all dishware is disposable. SHAME! All curb transitions from the parking area onto the hotel's walkways were completely NOT wheelchair/ADA-accessible!! There was at least a two-inch transition from the pavement onto the walkway at every curb-cut we saw-- even right next to the "accessible" parking spaces. ADA requires transitions be 1/2 inch or less-- no wheelchair or wheeled walker could get up a 2+ inch rise. This needs to be fixed without delay!

I got in at 12:45 am due to flight delays and I was exhausted after spending thirteen hours in airports. The room I was initially given had no electricity. I assumed it was due to being newly opened. I was moved to another floor because I required a handicapped room. This time the attendant assisted with my luggage. The new room was exceptional. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. There were ample towels and the assistive resources in the bathroom were designed well. I appreciated the coffee machine, refridgerator, and microwave. Nice large screen TV with adequate viewing choices.

While the bathroom was large, the vanity was very small and did not provide adequate space for storing personal items. Cosmetic and hygiene cases had to be stored on the floor. The hair dryer had an extremely short cord making it very difficult to use and had to be unplugged to use personal electrical devices due to the size of the plug. There was only one outlet with two plugs. I was also surprised to find that there was only one small soap cake (that was very messy), shampoo, and conditioner. I would have expected soap for the sink and shower gel for the bath. The construct of the hangers was annoying to use.
