Great price and location, and bed was fine.

Rooms seemed a little run down and no decent curtains/shades for the windows, and the bathroom was a bit of a walk in the night! I didn't like needing to fill in lots of information before being given the room access details, and finding this out only when I arrived. My fault probably for not reading all the fine print.

It was very dirty. We didn’t end up staying overnight here, as it was so shocking. Not as it appeared in pictures. The room was grimy-couch covered in stains. Blinds in windows had holes, covered with toilet paper. Tv did not work. There was no sheet on bed between comforter/duvet and your body. The air was not able to be adjusted. There was a heavy spray (wizard/aerosol) used before we entered room and left a heavy/chemical smell. Shared kitchen space had broken glass all over floor. Shared bathroom had water all over floor. We had to book something else on booking.com and I lost the money for this place…but we literally couldn’t bring ourselves to stay here. Thus location is under the quality of booking.com

I would not recommend to anyone. Not very nice. It's rooms with shared facilities..it's more for letting purposes. I had to pay 150 deposit which I didn't get back yet....do not stay here

The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The room was clean. Close to public transport. Close to shops for food.

The 4 african american young men who woke me up at 4am with a lot of loud talking and messing around in the lounge and corridor. The clothes (t-shirts)that blocked the toilet. The food that had been left on the bathroom vanity, later to be thrown in one of the other toilets. The really dirty kitchen where not a lot of washing up had occured. And finally the african american lad who was asleep in front of the showers on my final day. Really hard to believe but every word is true. I have video. DO NOT GO.

The terrible customer service. The building looked like prime grounds for human trafficking. Booking ended up being cancelled, still ended up charging the $150 deposit that “didn’t go through”.

I was given a room that had not been cleaned, tvere was a used towell on the bed, hairs inside the bed and food leftovers on the floor. I requested a change (managed very efficiently by the staff) and I was given a room, this time, already cleaned. However, there were long hairs inside the bed, what makes me think tbat they do not change the sheets between customers. Finally, I emailed them regarding an issue of a deposit not given back, and they just ommited them (the email and the reminders). Also, too hot (no AC) and too noisy along the night

The T.V didn’t work, staff needs to stay on top of their paper work so there’s no assumptions..

The air conditioning in rooms one and two were broken and the rooms were extremely hot. The manager was excellent in dealing with the booking process. Unfortunately it was so hot it was uncomfortable to sleep and I would never stay again in rooms one and two

horrible place, it is not a regular hotel, every customer has to share the bathroom and restroom, no laundry room in the building!

I have never seen this kind of "hotel " in US.

Couldn't control my own AC the moon was warm at this time of the year and ac should be set at 65 to 68

The kitchen was soiled, needs to be cleaned regularly. Washbasins in shared bathrooms had no soap! No temperature control inside the room.

The room was pretty and very clean. The price was awesome and the shared bathrooms was also very clean. Parking was a little hard to find. But we found one.

There is no service desk. I talked to someone throw text messages which gave me directions to enter the facility and how to find my room. Also, the facility itself is hard to find. There is no sign on the door saying that that is the hotel. It's very hidden. Maybe it's intentional? LOL, I'm not sure. But we loved the place either way. I will definitely come back.
