We really enjoyed the updated space. The ping pong and foose ball tables were a hit with our grandchildren. Quiet neighborhood. The gift bowl of goodies was a welcomed treat after a long travel day. It was a very comfortable stay and would definately return.

The location is perfect for hiking, kayaking, biking and just being outdoors. The house itself is comfortable, roomy and accommodated 4 adults and one dog quite comfortably. The view from the patio is striking, overlooking the Betsie and lots of wildlife especially in the spring with many birds nesting including trumpeter swans. Really nice. It was our 4th time staying here and we hope to return in the fall. It is very nice indeed!

Clean, modern, recommendable

Loved everything about this property. Cozy & loved all the furnishings. It was in a perfect location close to Frankfort, trails, breweries. There was a nice short trail head 5” from the home. Would return for another visit.

Home is recently updated and nice. Dining Room had a very nice table, though there could have been better chairs. Kitchen seemed to be adequately stocked with plates, glasses, and utensils. Beds are very firm. There were many summer toys in the garage including several bikes. Furnace was a bit loud. Checkin could have been smoother, as the instructions were to contact the property manager and that she would meet us at the house. Instead, she just gave us the lock code, which could have been done in the app.

A great place to base while visiting family. Comfortable and clean, nicely renovated

This remodeled ranch was the perfect stay for our work crew. Some owners shy away from businesses looking to house their crew but we were warmly welcomed. This is the second property our crew has rented from Agape properties (the first was in Kalkaska) both properties were managed well and lovely homes.

The place was clean, comfortable and well appointed! We had everything we needed and it was the perfect location for surf / hike adventures!❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is our 3rd stay at White Birch so we obviously like the place! The house is great. Roomy, well appointed and space to spread out and relax. The location is perfect also if you like to hike as it's located near quite a few trails both south and north on M22. Easy drives to Grand Traverse Bay, Traverse City and to Manistee. We are planning a return trip in the spring. Very enjoyable!

Property manager was very accessible and helpful. Cut the stay by one day as the weather was not great. We liked the property and would use it again. Pat & Kathy

Nice place to relax after a day of fishing on Lake Michigan. Comfortable beds and nice hot shower. Will recommend others that are visiting the area.

Had a lovely two night stay. This home is newly renovated, very clean and very well located to the beach and Frankfort. We especially loved that our dogs were welcomed. ❤️

Pulling into the driveway we tryed the garage door lockbox. (It was the first one we saw) That didn’t work, so we went to the front door. The home was lovely to enter, clean and up-to-date. The snacks were a bonus as it was late. The beds were excellent (loved the linens and pillows) we all slept well. Very nice to have laundry and 2 full baths. I would definitely stay again, my only complaint was the cleaning fee for one nights stay was more then expected.

Elberta is located right on the Betsie River with the patio overlooking a wooded marsh teeming with birds and black squirrels. Sunrises are amazing as are evenings grilling and sitting by a fire. The house is equipped with everything one could need. Plenty of room, 2 baths, nice kitchen etc. Located 3 mins. from Frankfort and Rt. 22 leading to the north locations of Sleeping Bear Dunes, Fishtown and Grand Traverse Bay. All great day trips. We'll be back!

Very CLEAN home with all the essentials!! Bed (only slept in one) was extremely comfortable with quality linens. Kelly is wonderful and super informative. I highly recommend this home to any and everyone and would definitely return if ever back in the area.

We enjoyed just about everything during our week in NW Michigan. The White Birch property was perfect for our needs!

The house sits on a quiet cul de sac nestled up to the Betsie River. Nice sun rises over the vegetation near the river. The house appears to have all new appliances, a total makeover including both baths and the kitchen which is open and easy to work in. It was very nice! We are hoping to return in the summer as we do love the area.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and thoughtfulness staging of the home. It had everything we needed and we loved how close it is to downtown Frankfort!

For starters, the house had no air conditioning. It did not say that it did or didn't in the property description, but I would have liked to know that it did not have A/C. We just assumed it did since it is so updated. We were there in last week of August with temps in the 70's so we managed fine, but the humidity on the rainy night was unpleasant and getting ready after a shower was warmer than I'd like. House is in very nice condition. 2 full baths was a huge bonus for the 4 of us. Kitchen is great! After our stay we were told by local charter captain that there was a horrific crime that happened here in November of 2020. Use a simple online search and decide for yourself. While this might not deter some, I would have liked to know that before booking. I did call VRBO to ask what the required disclosure is on something like this and they told me that it isn't required. There is an amazing hike just down the street uphill to the top of one of dunes, the view is amazing and well worth the sandy uphill climb. If you are outdoorsy and/or active make sure you do it. Loved the town of Frankfort, lots of good places to eat. Overall we were satisfied with the stay, just disappointed at the no mention of air conditioning AND the history of the house.

Thank you for a wonderfully clean home, the new kitchen and furnishings can't be beat! We enjoy the area, the trails, the beach in Frankfort and canoeing on the Platte River.

We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. The home was cleaned, cute, and comfortable. Close to all the fun activities Elberta and Frankfort had to offer. Sadly the firework show was canceled due to weather. Firepit at the home was small and close to the house where lots of bugs gathered. I would recommend moving it to the side of the home. We truly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back next year.
