Almost impossible to beat the view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Property was as advertised. Right on the ocean. Views were incredible. Walk out the door and you are on the beach. Perfect size unit at a reasonable price.

The property was as described. The view from the deck and living room were perfect. The unit could use some updating but overall was comfortable for my husband & I. Check in was easy. The property is off the road so the only sound you hear are the ocean waves. We will definitely be back.

This unit is in an excellent location right by the beach and the Gulf. It was clean and comfortable inside as well.

I booked this property to be on the beach, and the beach was the back yard! It was peaceful at this time of year. Quiet neighborhood. Not many people crowding the beach. My family and I spent most of our time on the beach and sitting on the large deck overlooking the beach. I really couldn’t believe how awesome it was to be right on the beach. It was safe at night on the beach, too. The property was clean as well. There was a little shower in the courtyard to clean off sand. Brooms available to sweep the sand off the deck. Our unit had a queen and twin in the bedroom and a futon in the living/dining area. There were ample supplies for cooking, but we ate out. Our room was clean and tidy. Cable and WiFi available, but used our own WiFi. Bathroom washcloths, towels, and beach towels were provided. Extra blankets and linens in the closet. One roll of paper towel and toilet paper provided, so bring extra. Vacuum cleaner came in handy when family tracked in sand. The listing is accurate in my opinion. The host was easy to communicate with and responded to any requests promptly. I will definitely come back here again. We had such a relaxing, peaceful visit. Thank you for having us.

Loved the easy access to the beach, the porch with the view, and the shower heat and pressure were great (always important to us!) The house was a little outdated. The beds were very hard and the comforters were not comfortable and did not keep us warm on a chilly night. Access was a little difficult due to the fact that we arrived at night and there isn’t much light on the porch. All in all it was a fine place to stay but for the price we paid we expected a little bit more.

My daughter and grandkids flew in for fall break so we decided to get a place on beach for few days. Reservation was last minute! Condo was great we decided to stay additional day! Will definitely book again! Great place!

We just loved this place. It was our first time staying and it was great! Asked for another night and was able to stay. Grandkids loved being able to just walk to beach from room. Daughter had a broken foot and it was nice not having to walk will far for her! Will most definitely stay again!

Views and location. Nothing else matters!

The VEIW & THE BEACH. This is a quaint & cozy place. Not fancy. But came with enough amenities to have a great stay. Was fairly well stocked with kitchen items, Had no problems making meals. No parking problems there is a place for company to park. Really very relaxing we loved our vacation

Scheduled a last minute getaway and wanted to meet family at one of the local bars so only needed for one night. Owner was great to work with, unit was clean and even arranged a early check in. All we needed was supplied and a couple steps to the beach. Definitely will stay again!

Such a great value for location! Very clean and ac is great! Only complaint is no laundry on site. Would love to come back for future stays❤️

Wish I got the room that was sent to me. Going up the stairs while using a cane was hard.

Our stay was wonderful as always because of the company and the location the condo is just ok nothing fancy for the price same futons I’ve been sleeping on since I was a teenager the cleaning crew was upset the owner said we could check in early and had no problems letting us know we are no longer permitted use of the washer and dryer one charcoal grill for 6 units and it’s falling apart this has been my absolute happy place for 44 years and now I’ll will b staying else where for that price point the amenities should be amazing and the only thing amazing about this condo is the view ! Andrew did respond quickly to an issue we had w the air conditioning and had it fixed that night If u are going to buy a beach front property you really should consider the people who have been loyal to you for years and show them the same loyalty! And if u are going to do a 225% price hike you better make the condo match the price

If you are looking for beach front property, this is the place. Wonderful location. An amazing beach covered in shakes, was literally outside the door. Property is a little older but still nice. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. I would return and recommend.

House was decent no real complaints we stayed for one night and it was everything we were looking for for a quick getaway! I appreciate the property manager allowing the short stay (: Perfect sunset view, steps to the water right on the beach and restaurants close by. Walmart o ot about 10 mins away which was nice too. Would recommend this place and area

Great location with beautiful views of the gulf! We were on the second floor and loved sitting on the balcony. Literally right on the beach and could easily walk back and forth from the beach to the room. Great little apartment for two.

Nice place close to everything

We booked this unit based on the location, and we were not disappointed. Can listen to the ocean while eating breakfast, or relax on the patio and watch the sunset. Unit is exactly as photographed in listing. Traveler tip, odd numbers are on second level, even numbers are ground level. About a 10 minute walk to restaurants. Area was quiet and just outside the busy area.
