We understand that this property is under new ownership as of Feb 2023. We went in August 2023 and this home needs alot of TLC! The couch was so old and stained that you sunk to the floor when sitting on it. Someone "tried" to paint some of the rooms but the paint job was awful and needs to be finished. The roach traps in the kitch were disgusting. Please take better care of this property if you are going to rent it. Would not rent again.

The house, pool & location were nice. Dishes were sparse tho for a large group & couch cushions were wet on arrival. But overall for the price we'd stay there again.

We had a blast at this house. Plenty of space for all 12 of us. The pool was awesome and location was awesome. The property managers were very friendly and great with communication

We loved that there was a pool for the littles that didn't want to stay at the beach all day. there was plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy and plenty of room for all to gather. It had all of the necessities convenient and like home.

Nice house in a good neighborhood. Pool was nice to have for a break from the beach. We rented a golf cart which was very helpful. The closest public beach access is very crowded, so we drove to Grayton one day and really enjoyed that area.

We really loved our stay. The home worked out great for our family of 7 adults and 2 kids under 3. I would recommend having hangers available for those of us who fly. I would stay there again!

This was an excellent choice for a group of girls celebrating their spring break. The house was clean and each girl had their own bed. The volleyball court was used almost continuously and the pool was a great thing to have but more time was spent at the beach. (Which was a very quick walk from the house.) I would recommend this property to anyone considering it!

This location was fabulous. Plenty of space. Privacy when you wanted it and a great gathering area for fun. The pool was just what we needed to keep the little ones occupied. I would stay there again and again. This was a gem of a property.

Great location in Destin. Recommend renting a golf cart for the week to make it even easier to go to and from the beach. Private pool was nice. Plenty of sleeping room. Great all around.
