I went with my husband for our 5 year anniversary. The place was perfect and the area was beautiful! Great pizza place right below the condo. Short walk to the gorgeous beach. Can’t wait to go back next year!!!

Love the location and small outside porch that overlooks the little downtown area. Lots of windows and views of lake and chapel area also. Sweet!

Perfectly located across the street from a coffee shop/ wine bar and restaurant/ bar. Very cute area, very close to the beach. The apartment itself felt spacious and homey.

Carillon Beach Resort is a a hidden gem.

The rental was nice outside of the constant construction.

We’ve been going to carillon for 12 years now and stayed in many places. This is our 2nd time in this condo. Great location , but needs some updating… mattress in the bedroom and pull out couch are not great… bathroom is nice but outdated, if upgraded then would make appearance much better. Also door to balcony does not shut well. So owners are paying extra for the air as when you go out the front door the balcony door opens 90% of the time.

Some construction going on but nice neighborhood

Very nice quiet and conveniently located to beach and shopping. there is construction going on around property! There could be some painting done to cabinets and fix door to laundry, otherwise so nice. I will return again.

Initially, Vacasa would not respond to messages left on VRBO. So I contacted them directly with questions that I had, specifically about the construction that was going on at Carillon. I was told that the construction would not be a problem. But it was. This area will someday be a cute place to stay - but not right now. Being in the heart of this little downtown area, and the view from the deck of our unit was what led us to stay here. But there is so much renovation going on, and the pictures in the listing don’t show the dumpsters, tarps, scaffolding, etc. that spoil the view we were expecting. Fortunately the workers don’t start early, but there was pounding, sawing, etc almost every day during our week there. Also, this unit looks out on the village green area where they periodically host weddings & concerts. Theoretically they do have to stop at 9PM, but if a nice quiet getaway is important to you, I would keep looking. On the plus side, Our Little Beach Cafe (right below this unit) did a great job for breakfast & lunch, and Lake Powell Pizza across the street was good also. Kudos to Theresa Fryar in Vacasa’s Inlet Beach office, for being responsive to our concerns while we were there!

It took a minute to find our place. But once we found it, we enjoyed the location. The area is peaceful and beautiful with lots of good food to choose from.

Loved the location and the condo. Definitely recommend! Neighborhood has great beach accesses and pools that are easy to walk to. The condo was nicely set up and well decorated. Gave 4 stars because some of the dishes were dirty and we had to wash them before use. Also there is currently some construction going on for neighboring buildings so some of the view from the patio was not quite as charming as we’d expected. But no loud construction noise, so that was good. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

We loved it and would stay again, just needs a new dishwasher. It’s perfect otherwise.

We had the best experience from check in to the location and to the amenities at this property. Nothing negative experienced at all!

Great little get away. Everything you need is provided or within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Well decorated and comfortable, this condo overlooks the Main Street of downtown Carillon. The cafe for breakfast /lunch is right below and the pizza place with a full bar is directly across the street. You have full access to the pools and neighborhood of Carillon, however...only on foot, bike, or by rented golf cart. (You are not allowed to drive a car past the guard gates, but must park in the downtown parking lot for your stay.)

This was our 6th visit to Carillon and we loved this condo. It’s a quick walk to the beach and pools. We loved the layout and all the windows! Only negative was the patio furniture should be updated. Otherwise, it was a great spot and we will return!
