The condo was clean, organized, well stocked and perfectly situated for our family. The back porch leading out to the tennis courts and miniature golf was so convenient! The property manager was very responsive. Great experience and look forward to staying here again.

Our family had such a lovely stay at this rental. The backyard leads right to the tennis courts and mini golf, and we enjoyed watching the balloons inflate in the mornings. It was well stocked, clean, great layout and excellent communication with the property manager. Thank you!!

Very clean and exactly what was advertised. Location was great, close to lots of options. We really enjoyed our experience and will be back. We 100% would recommend staying here for your trip!

Everything was as expected. The address numbers on the sides of the buildings were hard to read but that be the only thing I would change. It was wonderful otherwise.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. It was very clean, pictures are spot on and had everything we needed. We were able to have some friends over for dinner and games. It is very close to grocery store and several restaurants. We enjoyed our time skiing at Wolf Creek and can’t wait to come back! Thanks for sharing your cute condo with us!

We've come every year for the last 7 years to ski and this is probably my favorite place we've ever stayed. It had everything we needed, is super cute, and the host was absolutely incredible!! We hope to stay here again next year! 10/10 would recommend.

We loved our stay here. This condo is wonderful in more ways than I can list! The location is great - walking distance from a grocery store, many very good restaurants, and where hot air balloons are launched (you can watch from the patio or inside the dining/living area). The bed was comfortable, with a variety of pillows and extra blankets. The kitchen was generously stocked with coffee beans, grinder and brewer along with Keurig pods, cooking staples and kitchen appliances such as a blender and crock pot. The host has thought of everything! Beach towels for use at the river or hot springs, a gas grill on the patio, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in each bathroom. The place was nicely decorated and inviting. Everything was very clean! Neighbors were on each side of us but we never heard them. Lovely, quiet complex with reserved parking. I highly recommend this condo. We will be back.

Wow! We enjoyed every bit of our weeklong stay. The owner has thought of everything, and we truly felt so welcomed. I have never stayed at such a well thought out and generous home. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and having a few staples like flour/sugar and spices at the ready. There was updated appliances, cookware, and plenty of room to cook in the kitchen or grill. We loved being next door to the tennis courts and Wyndham activity center. The owner generously left beach towels to use at the Hot Springs, games to play during down time, and even a variety of options on the smart tv. The only detail we didn't love was the sliding barn doors for bed rooms. They look darling but weren't our favorite for keeping little ones asleep. By no means a deal breaker! Please save this in your search for Pagosa Springs. The best part of staying here is waking up to daily hot air balloons lifting off right outside the back door. What a joy to see! We can't wait to return.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped for feeding a large number of people. Quiet area with friendly neighbors. The owners thought of everything you might need! I especially loved how many hooks there were in the bathroom. Most places never have enough. We didn’t walk to any of the nearby restaurants, but there are plenty and a grocery nearby if you prefer to cook. It felt like a home.

Truly exquisite! From all the murals delicately painted throughout each room (by the owners at that) to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Each room has it's own personality, one in which you never want to leave as they are all extremely comfortable & true to home . Even despite the outdoor temperatures, the indoor of the condo was always extremely pleasant at never above 70 degrees. The location is just priceless as everything you could possibly want or need is within walking distance; Grocery, coffee shop, restaurants, liquor store, golf course, tennis courts right off the back patio which also has a very nice outdoor grill. Downtown is only minutes away, as well as Wolf Creek, numerous hiking trails, fishing streams, lakes and hot springs for soaking after a long day. We hiked Fourmile where my son caught beautiful cutthroat trout & Piedra where he caught speckled & browns. Hot air balloons take off daily right across the back patio, so fun to watch, or take one on your own which we did. You will never want to leave, as this is Colorado paradise at its BEST. Heading back in August for more adventures to Durango, Silverton & Creed as they are all very close in proximity of this luxurious condominium.

This property was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed! We had such a great time. The bathrooms and rooms were super clean, and the inside was beautiful. I highly recommend this home for your next stay!

I loved staying on this very comfortable and cute condo. From the frolicking bear homage to Colorado and the wonderful, artsy touches throughout the condo, the ambiance of the place embraces guests immediately as they walk in the door. The cozy living space has a warm and easy to use fireplace and comfy sitting area to either watch TV, curl up and read a book in front of the fireplace or gaze out the sliding doors into the quiet space outside. The condo is extremely convenient to downtown Pagosa Springs with fun shops to explore and the spa and natural springs to relax in. It is also an easy walk to several tasty restaurants and a good sized grocery store if you are only buying a few things to easily carry back to the condo. The owners have included all the amenities & cooking items to feel at home and that one would need. There is even coffee two ways (Keurig or coffee pot) to prepare the morning brew. I plan on making a return visit and exploring the many nature hikes nearby during the summer and would hopefully be able to return again when there is more snow on the ground to experience the area that way, too. I highly recommend this condo for a stay because it is so comfortable, cute and convenient to many things that Pagosa Springs has to offer any visitor.
