Everything was fantastic. Tim even helped decorate for my b day. Driveway was a little crazy but well worth it for the views.

The cabin was just beautiful! It had everything you need and more. Great for a big family and definitely kid friendly. We will be back!

Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay! Very clean, lots of games for the family to enjoy! We had a toddler with us so the stairs are a little bit of an issue but the door at the bottom of the stairs helped! Minutes away from the town. The hosts were very helpful and easy to get in touch with!

We go on an annual cabin trip with our ever growing family and this cabin fit all of our needs! Beautiful view from every porch, hot tub, fire pit, game room and plenty of space. This will be a cabin we go back to in the future!

We stayed here for 3 days at Christmas with a family of 7. The cabin was fantastic! Very clean with lots of space. The sheets on the beds were very soft, which is a major plus for me. The view from the porches was spectacular. I would absolutely recommend staying at this cabin.

The cabin was truly amazing! It is a gorgeous cabin, extremely clean, and we were even welcomed with a S'mores basket. We used it for a bachelorette party, and every single person loved it! The location is very central for hiking/nature trails, as well as wineries/breweries. At the end of day, you can relax in the hot tub, or just sit around the fire. Definitely recommend!!

Everything about our stay was nice and, as others have noted, the s'mores kit provided by the owner was a very nice treat. We particularly enjoyed the game room. Owner is very responsive to inquiries. Overall, it was beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We visited my mom who recently moved to The area. This mountain home is stunning, very clean, and well equipped. The owners were very responsive with any questions I had. The views are stunning. While we were very active during our stay, we also felt very relaxed and comfortable in this home.

Our stay at the Sunnyview cabin was exactly what we needed. A perfect home tucked into the north Georgia mountains. We were able to get away from the worry of city life and retreat to the serenity of the rolling hills. The cabin had all of the amenities to make us feel comfortable and plenty of diversions to keep us entertained. We were surprised by the welcome kit including s'mores and delighted by all the games to keep us busy. A short distance to some beautiful hikes and the town of Helen make it perfectly situated to the activities we were intersted. Can't wait to come back!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Sunny View Cabin. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all of what the cabin had to offer. The cabin is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and rustic decor, and the owners really thought of everything - from the awesome game room (with a great selection of family games) to the little things - like phone chargers in one of the bedrooms and an initial supply of ingredients for Smore's. The owners were also very helpful and quick to respond whenever we had a question. Some of our favorite activities at the cabin included using the beautiful deck on a daily basis - to read in the mornings, enjoy family meals and watching those beautiful sunsets; game nights - both board games and shuffleboard/pool and Pac-Man; relaxing in the hot tub and gathering around the campfire to listen to all the awesome evening nature sounds around us. We took the advice given in the guidebook and ate at the Hole in the Wall restaurant for breakfast (delicious!) and Lucky's Taqueria and Cantina for dinner (twice!). We also spent time hiking in Vogel State Park and enjoying the nature trails at Meeks Park, which also was a stopping point for a little craft festival on our last day in Blairsville. A few members of the party checked out Brasstown Bald, and we all enjoyed a day out on Lake Blue Ridge on a pontoon boat. We really enjoyed a visit to Odom Springs Winery, as well as a trip to Mercier Orchards in Blue Ridge, where we shopped for goodies and enjoyed wine and live music on a Sunday. Downtown Blue Ridge isn't too far away and offers lots of cute shops and restaurants - definitely worth a trip if you don't mind driving about a half hour. Overall, this trip was fantastic, and we enjoyed the cabin so much and would love to visit again in the future!

My family (6) met my sister’s family (5) at Sunnyview for the 4th of July weekend. Kids ages from 13-24. The cabin was clean and roomy for all of us. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen well supplied with pots and dishes. The large tables (both inside and out) were great for game night and the downstairs pool table got a lot of use. The porch bed swing was a favorite spot also. And we all enjoyed watching the sunset from the porches every night. Even though you are high enough on the mountain to have a beautiful view, town is nearby which was good for us because we planned nothing ahead of time and went to the grocery store every day:) The town square has several restaurants (and a few shops) for those who would rather eat out more. We enjoyed breakfast at Hole in the Wall and dinner one night at Lucky’s Taqueria. After driving 5 hours to get there, we didn’t want to spend a lot of time in the car driving around so we stayed close to the cabin. A group of us did hike the Arkaquah trail one afternoon. It took about 3.5 hours and made for a nice afternoon of exercise. We checked out Meek Park which would be a nice place to take younger kids (nice playgrounds and busy pool and splash pad). Also nice easy trails around the park and the creek is lovely. Plenty of picnic places also. Tim and Katie were always very helpful when we had questions. They are great hosts and you will enjoy all the attention they have put into making your stay comfortable and enjoyable!

This home is beautiful and clean.. I was a little unnerved driving up the mountain but, the road is paved and in good condition. The view is incredible and worth the ride. The host was easy to contact and available to answer questions. We enjoyed our stay and will consider returning.
