Place is very clean and large. Absolutely no complaints. Only thing I can possibly say and I’m nit picking here ,is front door should have a sheer covering on it for privacy and dining room light needs to be brighter. That said, I would absolutely rent again without hesitation

This cottage has everything you need from, rooms to the game room. Very spacious and well equipped. If you are looking for a get away for the weekend or a weeks vacation, you do not want to pass up this place.

We stayed at Anchor Down for 3 nights and had a very relaxing experience. Everyone commented about how beautiful the home is and how comfortable and welcome we felt there. We especially enjoyed going to the third floor and looking at the ocean. It was very peaceful. We absolutely intend to stay here again.

House was great! Very spacious, beds comfortable, very clean, loved the starter kit in each bathroom, kitchen well stocked - we cooked Thanksgiving dinner there! Great location and walking distance to the beach!

Loved our stay in Sandbridge. House was perfectly set up for two families with double master suites upstairs and a wing with three bedrooms for kids downstairs. Our families loved the pool and the teens had fun taking over the pool house. Extra beverage fridge was so helpful. One of the best properties we have rented.

Anchor Down is the most well equipped beach home I have stayed in! The house was clean and well planned, beds comfortable, pool was amazing and the Cabana was such a nice space to hang out. I hope to rent it again as early as next year. Thank you for the beautiful memories my family made staying in your lovely home!

We loved the layout of the home which was tasteful decorated. Fit us perfectly. We came for the beach but sure enjoyed the pool. Having a refrigerator and table under shade by the pool house was a plus.

A beautiful home with a well stocked kitchen. VERY clean and inviting. We would be more than happy to return to Anchor Down at anytime.

Loved the home!

Beautiful well kept home. It definitely suited our needs and we will rebook in the future. We were very disappointed that the “game room/pool house” was locked up and closed off. It was shown in the pictures as a useable space and a “selling point”. It was actually one of the reasons we booked the house. The house seemed very clean except the kitchen floor. It was terribly sticky. Hoping our next stay there we will be able to use the game room and the kitchen floor will be cleaned with proper cleaning products. (It DID NOT LOOK DIRTY- I just think they used the wrong cleaner or too much and it didn’t wipe away). Location was super peaceful. Tons of parking. Two master suits upstairs. Super cool theirs floor for viewing the ocean and your surroundings. The property had more than enough in the kitchen for all of us and little accommodations around the house. We loved it! Will book again!!!! Close to shops/stores and you’re out of the big cities and away from a lot of traffic all while being super close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay. The home provided the perfect weekend getaway for my family. The home was well-appointed and thoughtfully planned. Would love to come back during the summer to enjoy the beach and pool!

Clean! Soothing colors, great configuration for family gathering and then private rooms and bathrooms. Our family of 9 adults had an absolutely perfect time. Loved it!

We had a family retreat and the place was clean and spacious. We had a AC problem and they came and fixed it quickly.

This house is beautiful, the parking is a little challenging as you have to block one another in. Aside from a few bulbs out, broken items and a unkept grill, we had a lovely time in this beautiful space. Thank you!

We are from Indiana and needed a place for our parents, sister and family to stay for our son’s wedding that was just a 1 minute drive to another home on the bay. Anchor Down offered bedrooms on the main living area without any stairs for parents. The location was perfect, close to the wedding house and close to the beach! The house was perfect for our family of 10 adults with room to spare. The third floor sitting room was perfect for my nephew who needed a private work space during the day. The pool was great and we loved the pool/game room too! We would definitely stay again. First time staying in Sandbridge and we all loved it!!!

2 block easy walk to beach and legitimate beach carts provided. Plenty of parking. Easy access to supermarkets and restaurants, try blue Pete’s and get the blackened mahi. Pool was perfect along with pool house so you still had shade in the heat of the day. Kitchen was the best stocked I’ve seen a rental have to date and I’ve stayed in a good amount of rentals. 3 refrigerators!!! No neighbors on back side so privacy is fantastic. The list goes on and on!

The pool was perfect for the kids and adults. We fit many big floats and the shaded area next to the pool house was a nice relief from the heat. Multiple refrigerators we useful, and the kitchen was well equipped.

The home was absolutely perfect and beautiful. The beds and seating areas were Comfortable; everything in the kitchen was in good condition and in abundance (we had to bring a slow cooker.) The house was an easy walk to the beach. The only negative about the location is crossing sandpiper road can be a little scary. Cars were usually faster than the posted speed limit and no real “pedestrian crossing,” so Be Careful! The pool was very nice and pool house made just enough shade to sit out and enjoy. There were 2 beach carts available to use at the home, so we did not need to rent. We loved our stay here and couldn’t image a better home in Sandbridge. Our party was 7 adults, 2 children, and an infant.

We had a blast at this home. They have thought about everything. This house is close to everything in Sandbridge. Walk to the beach is an extremely easy walk, not even 2 minutes. You can see the ocean from the front bedroom balcony and also the 3 rd floor sitting area. Pool was a plus as we visited in May and the ocean was still cold to our teenagers. Beach was not packed at all , and the ghost crab search at night was fun. House has absolutely everything you need and is very clean. Thank you for the fun!

We absolutely loved our stay in this elegant and beautiful home. It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The check-in and checkout process was easy and convenient.
