Location, spacious room and bathroom

Loved the the house, easy access to the ocean, great gazebo, well equipped, lots of seating, 10 bedrooms, but definitely needs 2 new grills.

There are endless possibilities for entertainment and keeping even small children busy and happy.

The Kitchen was well stock with cooking supplies

Great location. But the house was in a woeful state of disrepair- none of the 4 gym machines worked. The ground floor back sliding door was unlockable. Broken off siding everywhere. Blinds slate broken. Missing kitchen cabinet handles, and on and on. There was food debris everywhere. Cockroaches. Pool deck hadn't been swept in a very long time. Last person to do so just puled sand up inxorners so of course it all blew back . Impossible not to track sand into house and pool. Overall, just nasty.

We have been renting places in OBX and Sandbridge for over 20 years, by far the worst house ever (and most expensive). Aside from the poor appearance- range/oven did not work the last two days, no AC at all on the last day, dishwasher did not work on the last day. Pool was a mess- sand in it every day because the protective wall was ineffective. None of the exterior amenities worked, maybe 1/2 the TVs worked, the main sound system never worked, the "theater" speakers did not work. This place is not worth it.

The weather was great

Total misrepresentation of this home on the Vacasa website. Home is in major disrepair with many “features” not functioning at all. Many broken appliances, windows and shades that do not work, missing lights, outside gazebo lights do not work, outside ceilings to deck do not exist, pigeons roosting under the deck, broken foot wash handle not repaired for over two years (I noted this statement from an earlier review). Most refrigerators bins and tracks damaged or broken. Faucets leak, shower doors off track, sliding doors poorly maintained. Window and door locks broken. Major leak from outside window in kitchen that is separating from the frame (a potential safety hazard). Dryer vents need major cleaning. One washing machine needs to be replaced. Gym equipment all broken or unusable. Vacasa’s 24/7 customer service line is a joke. Call the local staff of Sandbridge Realty. If not for them, this entire vacation would have been a bust. Local staff is awesome. The owner of this home has it for sale and is not keeping it maintained. Had to have a major repair done to one of the a/c units during our two week stay from June 9 - June 23, 2022. Dehumidifier for indoor pool room not working. Too many other issues to list here. Do not rent this home! If you do, deal with the local team only. They really are great in trying to get things done, and they care as opposed to their parent company Vacasa. I will be requesting mediation/arbitration for due to this completely unacceptable experience.
