We had an absolutely wonderful Bama Football stay at Parsons Carriage House! It was equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, offering a great location being close to University attractions, shops, and restaurants. We especially loved the charming outdoor space, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The home itself is spacious and cozy, providing the perfect balance between modern amenities and classic charm. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Every question we had was answered quickly, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Parsons Carriage House is truly a gem, and we can’t recommend it enough. We look forward to returning for another memorable visit!

My buddy from Boston came down with his father and I brought my dad. They had never been to an SEC game and came away Tide fans for life. One key reason was that the house was perfect. The large living room area was perfect for hanging out and watching games. The sunroom with the fire pit was a huge added bonus. The house was immaculate and the beds including the pull out sofa were great. The location could not have been better. Easy walk to campus and downtown. Both fathers are in their upper 60s and had no trouble at all. The coffee and candy as well as other amenities were a great touch. The staff at Bama B&B rentals were so kind and accommodating. Would recommend this place to anyone going to Tuscaloosa. You won’t be disappointed
