Our room was rather small, missing storage space for suitcase and hooks in the wall (especially near bathroom sink);

When we first stumbled upon this house on Booking, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Our hosts were the most thoughtful, gracious hosts.

They provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. Our flat in the villa was just perfect! Plenty of room and contains everything one needs.

The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.

Our hosts had excellent restaurant recommendations and were of great help. They went way beyond to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable.

The b&b is lovely and the hosts were great.Spectacular views to st Paul de vence from all rooms and there is lovely heated pool. The property has been recently done and facilities suitable for short and longer stay. We had a lovely weekend there!

This is not a complaint but more of to be aware that the driveway to the BnB is very narrow and parking can be a bit challenging if all rooms are booked.

The B&B is really beautiful and recently renovated, with an amazing view just in front of Saint Paul de Vence. The hosts were super nice and helpful, I would really recommend it to anyone visiting the area and hope to get back one day :)

The warm welcome by our ambitious hosts, the spacious, brand-new accommodation, with its glorious view of St. Paul-de-Vence, beautiful garden and luxurious infinity pool.

The kitchenette section was still in need of some tweaking when we arrived - understandable, given its novelty. Our suggestions for some additional household utensils were valued. The host offer an extensive breakfast as an option.

such a perfect place to relax and take in the views up towards St Paul de Vence. A great place to explore the area also, we just wished we had decided to stay for longer!! a week here is something we’ll do in the future for sure. One of those little gems of a place…

nothing! in a perfect world you would have a car, which we didn’t but it was still easy to get about using Uber.

The view is great, the room spacious and the hosts are very nice and warm. All is very new and confortable.

It was a very nice propery with an infinity pool looking at cute Saint Paul de Vence. Sunrises are perfect to see!

It is a bit tough to walk to Saint Paul de Vence. Not very long (15-20 minutes) but there is no pavement. Definitely need a car!

The places couldn’t have been better. The property is amazing and the photos don’t do it any justice. Perfectly nested on a hill overlooking at the old town of St Paul de Vence. The pool was everything. Easily the best location for a getaway and disconnect.

Customer service needs major improvements as far as guest experience relates. The room can be a bit more practical as far as having a small area to hang clothes. We had to purchase our own toilet paper although we asked. We stayed for 5 days, the room was never cleaned, we had to request for a change of towel. Although we had a kitchenette, we couldn’t clean our own plates or glasses because there were no sponges. So the owner removed them after use but every time we needed something we had to find her to ask as there were no reception. Lastly, I believe there should be more transparency as far as what is allowed or not in the booking page or in the property policy. Our friends stopped by for no more than 15-20 minutes to pick us up for dinner and the owner told us that we were not allowed to bring guest over. It would have been helpful to know these things ahead of time as we were with a group of people. We were able to visit their properties as well without being reprimanded. This place is full of potential and is in the perfect location. If the owners become more proactive to guest experience I believe that they will succeed greatly!

Place has a very good vibe. Spacious rooms with large sliding window door and are nicely decored. Very clean. Great pool area. The view over Saint Paul de Vence is just fantastic. Hosts are friendly and welcoming. As it is brand new (opened in June 2022) some work on ouside area is in progress and when finished it will look even more great than now. Place

If you are looking for very quiet place worth to know it is not not far from the road so you can hear some traffic. And still - it is not very loud.

Friendly welcome and constant attention to service and detail. The location (view) in particular is simply stunning. The property has been fully renovated to high standards and the garden and infinity pool are almost too nice to be tempted to leave the premises. Don't be put off by the entrance (its been finished), once you get to the top you wont be disappointed.

Everything was perfect

The pool and the view are beautiful. Facilities are new and clean. The apartment rooms are spacious and with air conditioning, bed, fridge, bathroom all good. The host Christine is welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect with a bakery around the corner, and St. Paul de Vence only 20 mins walk away. We had a lovely weekend stay. Would like to come back.

Nothing bad. Good to know is it’s easier to explore the area by car than by foot.

Ideal is more than just the breathtaking view onto Saint Paul de Vence! The rooms are très chic and super new, the garden is beautifully planted and the infinity pool is perfect for a cooling dip. Also, the hosts are just lovely!
