The inside was good, the flooring was nice, the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was updated. At first glance, it made me wonder what I had rented, with spider webs everywhere, and the outside needed to be pressure washed and some TLC. The white stucco was very dirty giving the appearance of being unclean. It was very, very dark on the street and in the area of the house. If I didn't have my son with me I would not have stayed. The AC unit was very loud inside the house making it difficult to sleep or listen to the TV. We could not find the remote for the Roku so we had to change the channels manually. We didn't even stay the second night.

The whole house had a very unkept look from the outside, with no street lights, and a lot of peeling and bubbling paint inside and out. The rough walls were the cause of a couple of scraped elbows and arms. There were areas where the trim near the floor was rusted and looked like it was crumbling.

The property is clean, convenient, and cozy. The host provided everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay and the communication was wonderful. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room in the living area for a family of 4-6 to relax by the fireplace and enjoy time together.

When entering the bathroom and bedroom the doors create somewhat of a maze if they are left open. This could simply be fixed by moving the hinges of the door on the 2nd bedroom entrance so that it swings into the room instead of crowding the hallway. The master bedroom door will not close completely. The tv in the master could be mounted on the wall so that it doesn’t block the mirror.

Everything was great!! Will definitely stay there again. Nice place. Very clean.

I feel like it was a little overpriced but overall it was okay. The rooms could’ve been bigger, the locks on the rooms,and bathroom doesn’t lock. There was also sticky stuff on the floor and it messed up the bottom of my shoes.

The was extremely clean and comfortable. The owners of the cottage took great care to see that we had what was necessary to make our stay perfect. The keyless entry was state of the art. The location was within walking distance to restaurants, CVS, food shopping. When I had questions the manager was just a phone call or text away and she responded promptly and courteously
