Staff were exceptionally friendly. They came to the room to help with everything. Impossible to get Uber or Ola but their security guard was very helpful calling for auto. Food at the restaurant was great and friendly service. Very polite.

They were shocking. They did not honour my Booking and didn't have any consideration as I had arrived late into the night with a confirmed booking. They had apparently on-sold the booking to some other guests and they declined offering accommodation and were not helpful at all. The staff and managers were not at all supportive in spite of being late in the night with alternative accommodation hard to find at that time.

Though check out time was 12.00,v were called up repeatedly reminding us of check out one hour earlier two to three times.Though v had an evening flight,v left the property.
