This is a beautiful and comfortable penthouse. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything one needs to cook. All the appliances are modern and well-kept. The view of the sea from the balcony is truly amazing.

Both of my reservations were cancelled by booking.com and by Landlord and I was staying for one night on living room without place to sleep, because bedroom was occupied by another people (booking made double reservation!). Afterwards I was informed that my reservations are cancelled. When I will receive my money back due to that fact that my reservations were cancelled?!

We checked into the flat at about 4:00 PM Wednesday. Tuesday morning at 6 o’clock I was entering the living room and found a woman sleeping on the sofa!!!! Later Tuesday morning we talked to her and she told us that she had a reservation from Booking.com the first of June, the same day as us and that she had arrived about 2 o’clock in the night. She told us that she had communicated with your company when she had arrived late to Aarhus. We had the key to the apartment from the box outside the apartment and we closed the door when we went to bed and had the key inside. As she had no key herself, it means someone connected to your company must have open the door as we slept. Your company had make a double booking and then handled it in a very bad way. The right thing to do was to find another apartment or a hotel to the other customer who came late in the night instead of giving her access to the apartment where we already were installed. We find it very unethical, unsafe and shocking that someone came into the apartment without our permission or knowledge during the night. And we are sure that she had the same impression just to be left in an apartment without knowing who she was together with and with no access to the bathroom and without proper bed and duvet We want an apology and that your company refund our payment, 643,58 d.kr, to our bank account 0400 1150401807 Greetings Aksel wolter [email protected]

Perfect location with hyggeligt balcony and a lot of light! Lovely place

I love this penthouse so much. It's so lovely. I can see an overview some part of city from this building. The house has everything I can cook and wash our clothes. The location is near a wonderful forest and beautiful beach.
